Outstanding integrity!!! Mark is a top shelf human! Our 2010 Honda Accord started presenting with some odd issues. Final failure was no reverse and very limited forward gears. It was stated “it had a bad transmission” (not from Lee’s) so it went in on the hook. I disused with Mark what I’d been told and we were set up to replace the transmission. Long story short when Mark got the car and assessed it,he called me and stated “it’s the alternator! I don’t know of many if any shops that would be so forthcoming with the truth! These guy’s are your Honda specialist without question. I “think” most of them came from Honda dealerships and it certainly shows but the integrity is 2nd to none! They don’t short cut or do bandaid fixes it’s right and beyond what you’ll get anywhere including dealerships!

I've been taking my Honda's here for 20+ years and i have zero complaints. They've always been fair, upfront and thorough. They know Honda's inside and out and i can't imagine taking my car anywhere else. They are always super busy and right now they're running 3 weeks out but a few months ago when i had an immediate problem they were able to get me in and out the next day, i appreciated that so much and was super thankful they were able to do that.

They do good work and are very fairly priced but if you're not a regular don't expect much in the way of customer service. I had to wait 8 hours at the shop for them to fix my wheel bearing while I watched people come and go within 1-2 hours because I wasn't prioritized at all, and I think they may have even forgotten my vehicle was there despite me having had an appointment for weeks. When I first came in I was greeted fairly rudely by the employee and told they'd "get to it today if they could" while watching other people come in hours after me and leave hours before me.
