Stephanie & Belinda at the Turkey Creek store were amazing. I have used LB bras for probably 20 years. I recently tried another plus size store's bras and they were just awful, so back to LB I went! I went to get fitted for bras and planned to buy them online because of a great online-only sale. However when I mentioned that, they matched the half-off online price for me in the store! They were super sweet and helpful. The only detractor was limited color options for bras in my size. So sad this is the only LB left in Knox area but it was a great experience!!!

I had a great experience here. The staff was attentive and friendly, and I was impressed with the quality of the selection there. I'd never been to a Lane Bryant before but I believe I will be returning next time I am in need of new clothes.

Wish there was an option for zero stars. Customer service is terrible. Specifically from the younger worker with purple in her hair. Basically thought I was going to steal from their store when I was just looking around, with PLENTY of money to buy whatever I’d like. Just browsing, and she approached me twice offering to “hold” the underwear I picked out at the front until “I was done shopping”, that’s insinuating someone is going to steal. I have never stole a day in my life, but they targeted me the entire time for whatever reason. I’m a frequent shopper at Lane Bryant, I buy all of my underwear & bras from there & have for years, I walked out after those comments today empty handed because i refuse to purchase from a company with disrespectful employees. Let’s also add the entire time I was in the store they were having a very loud conversation about how they hate their store & the management because they were threatened to be fired recently after losing their baby sitter and needing to change their availability, very loudly having inappropriate conversations around customers. Explains why every single time I visit this store it is COMPLETELY empty & free of people minus the workers.

Belinda helped me find clothes today and she was so wonderful, genuine and kind. I walked out feeling better about myself! Being a short, heavy lady I never walk out of a clothing store feeling that way! Belinda, you're a beatific soul and thank you for such a great experience!

The in store selection for my bra size is pretty limited, so that's a downer. But the underwear is so soft and comfortable. I really feel sexy wearing their products. It fits in all the right places. I ordered bras in my size from the online store and it arrived in store in about a week. They have different deals all the time both on site and online. I won't be buying undergarments from anyone else now

The people were very nice in the store.I applied for a Lane Bryant card to use it on the Woman Within website and it doesn't work. LB isn't even in the drop down box. Will cancel the card as soon as I have time to deal with calling. Need to make checking out online more user friendly. How do I cancel the card online?
