Dwight is by far the rudest salesperson I have had the opportunity to experience in a long time. Following up his visit with a "Have a Blessed Day" is about the most hypocritical, contradictory salutation possible.Don't rely on their website for stock or availability even though it clearly states "in store." Dwight's exact words, "You will take what we have here or you will wait." Just because a store has name recognition doesn't mean there is good customer service. Do not recommend.

We purchased an extended warranty with our chairs. We filed a claim in December to get our chairs fixed with no resolution. I have contacted the insurance company, the Knoxville store manager where we purchased the chair, corporate offices all multiple times to be put back on this merry go round of no resolution. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company at ALL! Buyer beware!

We ordered a pair of recliners with one of the materials offered. When we got the chairs home and my hubby sat in his for the evening, he realized he really needed a larger one. So we called to get them swapped out. Well guess what, because we ordered them with a material (that is offered on them) they wouldnt do it. They offered to replace ONE chair only. Im sorry, I do not want one small and one large chair. I want them to match. So rather than providing amazing customer service, they opted to only offer to return ONE. Mind you not one time was this whole special ordered rule said to us nor was it pointed out when we signed the paperwork. I cannot tell you how disappointed we are that manager Doug would not do the right thing. Now my hubby is stuck in a miserable chair... TWO GRAND... ggggrrrr!!!!Having managed customer service, i would never do anything to leave a bad taste in someone's mouth. That said, we will not be back there again and I will share this with anyone else I know looking as well. Sad, we have been purchasing la-z-boys for almost 30 years and never had an issue. Terrible, terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. We sure will.

SUPER irritated at the customer service received at this location. Sales person, Dwight, was good; Repair consultant, Angel, was good; Repairman, Myles, was good. HOWEVER, LazyBoy dignitaries can't get their act together to stand by their furniture promise of quality furniture. We have to jump thru hoops to accommodate them when they can't trust the word of their employees about the defective recliner couch they sold to us. What a shame!

My wife and I found exactly what we were looking for when first entering the store, after walking through two other furniture stores. We purchased a power recliner loveseat, recliner couch, recliner with tables and lamps. The salesman “Greg” was very patient and knowledgeable and “not pushy”. We look forward to our delivery.

Sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful
