Well We bought two recliners had them 5 days. For some reason water circles showed up on the seat and headrest and they started picking so we called them to come out and clean the chairs and discuss the picking they told us we did not purchase a extended warranty so basically good luck. We were told by one of the store managers the one year plan included everything the extended plan did but for only one year. So if you don't buy the extended plan there is no warranty. So much for a one year warranty we paid four thousand dollars for two pieces of junk never again we went to la-z-boy thinking they were high quality we were very disappointed do not buy from this store you will be lied to and told what ever they think you want to hear to get your money. Buyer Beware

We worked with Tevin Gunn when we purchased our sofas & recliners. Tevin was very knowledgeable and was such an easy person to work with. Pat & I could not have had a better experience. Tevin was so helpful regarding the working mechanisms of the recliners but also the durability of the fabric choices. Very happy with our shopping experience with La-Z-Boy & with Tevin Gunn! Ordered custom furniture. First we tried walking out but sales person said we do custom orders any size. Turns out that was a lie. Ordered a sofa 7’x8’ when it came it was 5’x71/2’. Of course we are stuck with it. I’m just saying buyer beware and get measurements in writing because they yes you to death with a heavy sales pitch.
