The hotel is nice! It is perfect if you need a break from driving up north. The best part of the stay was the breakfast!! They had biscuits and gravy. My favorite! I spoke with Sheila who got up extra early just to make it. True hospitality. That made my stay! Thank you Sheila!!!

NUMEROUS bed bugs found- if you stay here make sure you check behind the headboards.. but it’s also not even clean enough to begin with (without the bed bugs thrown into the mix) so i suggest finding somewhere else entirely! Another Lady has a review from four days ago saying the same thing so that means they aren’t taking care of the problem and they don’t care about their customers well being (I am a rewards member and have been for a long time) Would give them zero stars considering they did nothing for me on top of this discovery but google doesn’t let you? Good luck if you stay here

I only give the room one star because there were bed bugs, and I didn’t realize until 4 hours of staying in the room. The only reason I realized was because one was on my shirt. The front desk associate was understanding; however, he said it would have been better if I told them earlier. Well sir I wasn’t expecting to be looking for bed bugs but lesson learned!!

Thermostat in room is not correct. Its still so warm wven though it says its 66°. When j spoke to the front desk the guy acted like i was not smart enough to see the thermostat on the wall. If you see me sleeping in the hallway, mind ya business because its cooler there than in my room.
All of the pool loungers are complete dry rotten and torn. Dont sit there. We'll see how our night goes. If we hadnt been traveling all day, i would have kept going.
Had a good meal at union place bar and grill about 5 mins away. They have a great patio with shade and a fountain. Fantastic menu and great service! So check that out

We had an appointment at the UT Medical Center and stayed here for a night.. The pool was one of the cleanest pools I have ever seen, The staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast was wonderful I would highly recommend

Rooms: Rooms have been recently renounced and very nice. Never heard a peep for our two days. Shower was just right.

Rooms: Rooms are clean & basic, Beds were comfortable. We traveled with pet so our room was carpet free. $25 per night for Fido or fluffy btw.
Food and drinks: Nothing within walking distance of hotel but a short drive to Kingston Pike gives you lots of choices. Hotel offers free breakfast 630-930 a.m. and it's decent.

These people are scammers and will take your deposit without proof or reason and the manager is completely unprofessional and rude. They stole our $160 deposit that we paid in cash had to call police to the location bc they refused to even watch the cameras or give us the time of day. They must think it’s ok to provide terrible service and steal from hard working Americans who are just trying to enjoy a night away. I will be calling ever higher up I can find until I turn blue in the face bc this place needs to be shut down completely! Front desk staff is rude and accusatory and the manager (fat lady with terrible attitude) is even worse. Save your money and don’t come here unless you like being robbed.
