Supposedly, the Knoxville area is the new retirement capital of the US, but Kroger practices price discrimination against older people with their useless, annoying and impossible to use app instead of clipped coupons.

They always have several self service lines open at each entrance/exit. They have a nice assortment of clothes for men, women and children. Everything from Levi’s, Carhartt, Dicks and also bathing suits and shoes & Boots as well

I had a wonderful experience with my cashier tonight. Holli went above her job requirements to help me. I had first went to customer service for assistance and was left to figure it out for myself. When I went to check out I was blessed to encounter Holli. She walked with me and helped me find my product. The five star rating is for Holli. Not for the store. Thank you Holli. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staff super helpful. Tonight a man stocking groceries head me and my toddler looking for a certain type of juice (looked to be out of stock, my kid's favorite flavor) and Randy said hold on and went to the back to look for it - and saved the day! Then he went on to super help another person and was so nice. Thanks!

Produce is HORRIBLE. Out of date within 1-2 days. Hike the prices up on products that are about to expire. They don’t stock anything. This Kroger used to be decent, now it’s a complete dump. Go elsewhere if you want fresh produce.

Disappointing Experience with Air Pumps
I am writing to express my frustration with the air pumps at the Kroger gas station. On two separate occasions, I have encountered issues where the pumps took my money without providing any air. The fact that I have to pay $2 for air is already frustrating, but to not receive the service I’ve paid for is unacceptable.
During my first visit, I mentioned that it would be helpful to have a sign indicating that the pump was out of order, but it seems that my suggestion was not taken into account, as the issue persists. This lack of attention to customer feedback is disappointing.
Due to these repeated inconveniences, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. It’s concerning that a company of this size does not prioritize the satisfaction of its customers or the well-being of its employees.
I hope Kroger can address this issue and improve the experience for future customers.

Went to buy some cole slaw and their stock looked spoiled. Nearby a trolley stacked six foot high with produce felt warm like it had been sitting there all day. A Kroger worker named Hunter who was busy laughing and playing with a blonde haired coworker got upset when I suggested he put that produce back in the cooler yells, "that's not my job"! The manager did not intervene. Now I know why Kroger doesn't have good produce. It never used to be this way. It's safer to get produce from Publix. They have a larger selection and it's always fresh. I'll drive the extra distance for good quality food and better customer service!

Arrived at store 10:00am produce section poorly stocked - no potatoes , etc ! Nothing in bakery out - still on racks
No Kroger spring water
Poorly stocked store - will shop somewhere else next time !
