Store needs to stock items better. One item one week and gone the next.

Don't usually get out to this store but definitely won't be back to it due to my negative experience today. I got two hands of black bean Kroger 12 pack and a bag of Kroger chips that were clearly marked two for $4 on the shelf and it didn't say you had to buy two of them. I bought one bag and it rang up in 229 which was the normal price. I went through the self checkout and was discounted as I should have been for my Kroger 12 pack but the chips did not ring up correctly. I nicely asked the older lady to make the correction and instead of watching her self-checkout she left her station and walked all the way over to the chips aisle to see I guess if I was telling the truth. I surely wouldn't want to waste her time or mine for 20 cents but I was holding my ground. She came back and said it was priced at 2:29 and it was not there was a separate tag right on that tag saying 2 for $4. She said you show me! And I told her I'm not going to waste my time for yours walking over to the aisle when the sign clearly is there and I didn't make a mistake. I nicely said I will just cancel my order completely and you'll lose my business and she didn't seem to care but maybe slightly irritated. When I walked out I went down past the regular checkouts and I saw a nice friendly lady named Wynn and I told her what happened. She seemed to be a manager and instead of taking my word and marking the 20 cents off which a reasonable person probably would have done to show customer appreciation, she said I'm sorry it was priced incorrectly and I said it was not priced incorrectly but thank you and you've lost my business. Very disappointing experience and they should feel ashamed that they didn't handle this better

Kroger should probably change their hours. They close at 9:50, not 10. What we needed we would have been out before they closed, 2 items. Guess we can take our business elsewhere… we were literally blocked from entering the store.

This is by far my favorite Kroger in town. They actually keep there aisles the same ALWAYS, this way I know I can get what I need quickly and efficiently, if I’m in a hurry I can be in and out in 5 minutes. As customers we thrive for consistency, quality, and value. This Kroger checks all the boxes.

My favorite Kroger in the city. Extremely nice staff, consistent organization. Good selection of goods without the store being huge. I really appreciate the smaller footprint.

Love the digital deals at krogers. Great bundle prices on drinks and snack chips as well as many other options. Plenty of self check out machines also has fresh fruits and meats
