I joined Kroger Boost to get my food delivered. They use InstaCart & they do a great job. I've had a couple of damaged items & was promptly refunded. My food & produce are always fresh. My only complaint is that a lot of things I usually ordered are now marked "pick up only." I got this service because I'm unable to shop now & I really need those products. I called customer service and was told to call the store. I did, and still no answer why I can't get my normally bought items anymore. I'll try again with a manager. Hopefully, I'll be able to return to being able to purchase my preferred products again. That's my only concern or complaint.

Love Kroger. This is the only location I go to. Always clean and stocked with plenty of options. Staff are always smiling and helpful

One is the magic number here folks. 1 Cashier (4-6 people always waiting), 1 Mens Restroom stall (always occupied, literally), and only 1 person knows where anything is.

Had to wade through a group of 6 or 7 employees smoking and blocking the sidewalk in front of the store. All were engrossed in a conversation and in their cigarettes while blowing a huge cloud of smoke in the faces of all trying to shop. Had to step into the street to try to avoid them as they were blocking the sidewalk in front of the store. Rude, disgusting, and indifferent are the words that come to mind. More than this is the fact of the health hazard it presents for people like me who have a heart condition. I complained to a clerk at customer service and got a bored and offended look for my trouble. She obviously didn't want to be bothered. Don't come here if you're expecting courtesy, they don't know what the word means.

I got robbed writing this review in the parking lot, 4/5 stars; a grocery store that serves the working class of Knoxville (and the local crackhead looking for a midday snacky snack).

I would like to thank the kind employees who go over and beyond for the customers. I wish I knew names but I never got the chance to ask. They know exactly who they are. The ones that work at registers and especially the self check out workers and buggy men. Y’all are awesome and carry the true value of customer service. I rated only four stars because I would like to see more fresh produce out because a lot of it is going bad quickly if not already bad looking. I see this every time I shop!

This store no longer has good organic produce. Very inconsistent. This store is also dirty, the shopping carts are rarely in the store with few handheld baskets and the shelves are seldom fully stocked.
