I have to call this pharmacy frequently (not by choice) for work reasons and I find the tone of the staff to be very impatient and condescending. It doesn't matter how busy you are, or how important you feel like your job role is, the staff need to learn to have patience and speak to people with sincerity.

On 7/10/23 I was told the shipment for my medication hadn't come in. I had called the previous Friday about the medication because I was going to run out on Monday, 7/10. They said they could order it and have it there by Tuesday but I needed the medication then. They did not call to inform me they didn't have the medication so I went there after dinner unaware it wouldn't be filled by then.Since they didn't have it, I went to Walgreens across the street and they did have it in stock. I asked the pharmacist at Walgreens to transfer the prescription. After 30 minutes we checked with him and the fax from Kroger had not been sent.About 20 minutes before Kroger closed, I called Kroger and asked about if they had sent the fax. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude saying that no one there that night had gotten a request from Walgreens and basically just yelled answers to all my questions. I was then very upset and going to call Walgreens but 1 minute later the Kroger pharmacist called back and told me they had gotten the information to the Walgreens pharmacy about 5 minutes ago. I told him his associate had been extremely rude to me and his response was "oh I'm sorry" but you could tell he really didn't care.About two minutes later I got a text from Walgreens saying my prescription was ready. Because Walgreens understood the importance of me not running out of this medication.I had switched recently to Kroger because they have better prices with good Rx if your insurance is not covering enough. After this experience, I'm going back to Walgreens. I feel like they actually cared about me and my need for my medication.

I was going to transfer my prescriptions there but after speaking to one of their technicians, her name started with a Z I think, I decided to to go somewhere else. I don’t want a pharmacy as confused as she was to handle my prescriptions

I just moved from out of state. I took 3 Rx's there for refill since Kroger at my old location was the original filling pharmacy. They found my records and told me it would be just a couple of days since they needed to order in the items. Except the controlled substance since it was written by an out of state doctor. I get a text two days later saying they're all ready to pick up. Cool. I go by that Saturday and they tell me that none of it is ready because they're waiting on the Dr to confirm the prescriptions. That I shouldn't have been told that they couldn't fill the controlled substance. Now, two weeks later, they tell me the same thing despite another text stating everything is ready again. I gave the obvious pharmacy student some grace because he looked lost the last time. But it's becoming rather apparent that the employees at this location aren't very secure in their knowledge and processes. And by the looks of similar reviews, this has been a long standing issue at this location. They've left it up to me now to contact my doctors to get them to call the pharmacy to confirm. No. It's in the Kroger system with current status for refills. Y'all can do better. You need to do better. You're apparent incompetence is failing your community.

These folks are seriously incompetent. In the last year, never once have I gotten my prescriptions without having to go through days of trying to get them to do their job correctly. Amounts are wrong, they don't have enough, they haven't gotten a fax from doc (which was sent), wrong price, forgot discount code, or just forgot to fill it altogether after I had called in the number days earlier. They refuse to call the doctor and check on anything. These are not narcotic prescriptions or anything. Simple, one for reflux and one for thyroid. Over it. Should have read reviews.

Worst produce department I have ever been to. I have used their online shopping for a year now at 2 different stores and will NOT buy any produce from Kroger again. It lasts only DAYS before it is completely bad. Bought a bag of mandarine oranges on Sunday and had to throw them out due to mold 3 days later. This is not a one time thing. It happens regularly. I'd rather pay more and go to another store.
