Can't even give them one star. How incredibly rudely I was treated trying to fill my son's prescription today by both the pharmacist and the assistant. The pharmacist told me that they won't fill any future prescription for my son unless i fill every one there. My son's doctor tries to find where his Concerta is available and at the best price . I'm never giving them my business again.

I order a basic hamburger platter and literally waited 38 min before I went to the counter and then was told that is was not ready . What the hell should it take that long when no has order anything from the grill.

Since HB has returned to the Pharmacy it has turned into horrible experience. She must intimidated the workers there. The techs are responding to the customers the same way she must treat them. Here is hoping she leaves again and takes that bad attitude with her and the employee return to being friendly.

Deserve a 0. As a nurse trying to deal with this pharmacy within my professional capacity, I have never had someone so rude and uncaring about taking care of a patient and problem solving to get that accomplished. It was extremely apparent that Drew was inconvenienced. I was rushed, yelled at, and then placed on hold when I asked to speak to a supervisor. Really disappointing that these people, who are a part of the team caring for patients, could care less.

The cashier/tech was so rude. She acted like it was an inconvenience to fill a prescription while I went shopping because I didn't call in. She was mad about doing her job????

I only came here because I live very close less than 2 miles out. The woman who “helped” me was very rude, saying my medicine wasn’t there but I know it was. Then she proceeds to yell my medicine out loud. This place sucks.

This store is hit or miss. Sometimes aisles are empty and then occasionally they will have an abundance of certain items, but never fully stocked. Today, I bought groceries, then went to the car to get the jar of peanut butter I needed to return due to the recall. I had purchased it here and turns out the purchase date was within the timeframe stores 'should' have been aware of the recall (no conspiracy theories here, but it was on sale for an extremely low price and in a bin near the register which never happens with Jif). I went to customer service and there was a hand made paper sign that said 'closed', and the lights were out. I asked another staff member who was very polite and he led me to another employee, a disheveled blonde woman who is apparently in charge. She was helping bag groceries. I guess that is good. I waited for her to be done and asked about a refund and she said I had to go to customer service, but it was closed for now. I asked if she could help me and she said 'No'. I asked if someone else could help me and she said 'No, we had to close it down necause we don't have enough staff, no one wants to work'. I asked again, so there is not an a single person in this building who can do a refund, even if I go through a check out line? And she said, 'No, has to go through customer service'. And I asked again, if no one in the building could open a register at CS? The answer, no. On my way out, another nice staff member told me the person that was in CS had to cover a register. And she was sorry, but she had not been trained on refunds yet or she wluld help have helped me. No one was nasty or rude, but it is just ridiculous that they will take your $150.00, but not have one single person in the building willing to handle a 3.00 refund. It also doesn't fare well that they randomly shut down services without notice, and obviously were just too lazy to walk over to CS if the CS staff person was there, at a register. I was willing to wait. I was already there and it beats coming back. And yes- it's just 3.00. But it should be my 3.00 and not theirs. So frustrating when you know there is a solution, but the employee that can handle it, is not willing to do it. Ugh.

This is a smaller Kroger but has a lot to offer. Very well-kept. Very well-stocked. Ample parking. You're just starting to get in their life plants out front. Employees and Stauffer super friendly. Several said hi to me throughout the time I was shopping and asked if I needed help finding anything. Check out was quick. Highly impressed with this location.

If you like never getting your medication when you're supposed to and being treated like a child and talked to in a super condescending way then this is the place for you. Heather the manager is the ring leader of this rude and inept pharmacy.
