Pharmacist Josh Gass denied a transgender person their prescription citing religious objections. Sounds like he needs a different job if he can't do this one.. Pharmacist job is to fill prescriptions from a healthcare provider... Pharmacist is not the patients doctor.

This Kroger is the step child of stores. Corporate has abandon this store. No merchandise, had one bag of sugar & it was torn, I needed it so I bought it. We witnessed two verbal fights between customers & cashiers! If this store hasn't had people shot at, get ready. The "Manager" asked two cashiers if they had a break , which they both said no & he had no one to relieve them. In this store you are taking your life into your own hands. P.S. carry a gun!

Every single time I have a call in scrip this place screws it up...I have to do my job in an efficient manner, yet, these folks do not, and I must ask why...learn from my experience and do not waste time here...I. an assure you that if I ever get this latest scrip it will sure be my last from these folks...

Updated review - all the reviews for this pharmacy are pretty spot on. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful it just takes them a long time to get prescriptions filled

The exemplary pharmacist, Joshua Gass, recommended two over the counter medicines when I asked him to suggest what would help with my troublesome allergies. His suggestions have led to a much higher quality of life for me. Mr. Gass is the pharmacy manager and has an efficient, kind staff. Thanks!!

Joshua Gass, Kroger Pharmacist and Pharmacy manager, is an extraordinary pharmacist. When I asked for over the counter allergy medicine, he suggested two that in combination with my prescribed medicine has made a huge difference in my quality of life dealing with East Tennessee's allergens. He is caring and leads a good team.

This is the worst pharmacy, they are incompetent, my Mother has used them for years. New people there now , not the same carting folks, they forget to put ordered meds in for delivery, call & say RX ready then get there, not ready . So frustrating I have to come across town, so very inconsiderate

It’s difficult enough to barely have a grocery store in our neighborhood. Let alone one with a pharmacist who seems to be complacent. Doctor ordered meds today. I arrive at 12:30pm, yet you say I can’t get anything until Tomorrow! Yet you sister location of course in a different neighborhood was an hour. Just feeling sad about Inequality

A bagger named Isaiah smelled like weed. They only had one line going. The only things I seen good about this Kroger's today was it was clean and the cop was outside checking on things even in the parking lot.

Just ridiculous nobody waiting and you set there over a hour half for your medicine ? this place just keeps getting slower and slower,only time they are done in a reasonable time is if a store manager happens to be there one day ,he ask me before how long I have had to wait and if I ever had to set long to call main office ,I believe I'm going to because it gets longer each time and I hear a lot of people complaining.
