If you are prescribed any sort of controlled medication and need it on a regular basis, I do not recommend this pharmacy. I needed to fill a doctor-called-in prescription for an anxiety/panic medication because my doctor had unintentionally written a too-small quantity for the previous few months. This is a medication I have taken for years without incident, at the regular quantity, prescribed by the same psychiatrist, and filled at the same pharmacy. Without taking time to review my history/account, the pharmacist I eventually spoke with, Claire Bone, refused to consider that I was going to run out before the end of the month - which is why my doctor had just called in this medication. The pharmacist did not provide any options or suggestions like working again with my doctor -- She eventually yelled out loud at me, "I AM NOT GOING TO FILL IT EARLY!," insisting I had to wait another month before she would fill the Rx my doctor had called in the previous day. I have severe anxiety and have had seizures, which is why I need this medication. I was treated like a scum-of-the-earth drug addict. I hope no one else who genuinely needs psychiatric medication, and has a long record of appropriate use, has to go through this experience with such a critical medication.

Worst customer service ever. I came to pick up my medicine after the third try, and they still didn't have it transfered to them. Also, called to speak to a pharmacy tech and was told I couldn't speak to them. Terrible service

Shop here weekly. I'm always treated very well by the employees. Today, Sol, provided one of the best customer experiences I've ever had. True story.

Today, this Kroger on Middlebrook had poor customer service. I was checking out through the self service registers. The far left ones.The lady next to us was trying to get the attention of one of the self check out service ppl from the self check next to me.She called out to him about 5 times. Since I was closer, I went to him and he said that's not my side. Just in such a rude way. At least say let me get you someone who can help.My husband and I went to one of the managers, Christine (I believe that's her name) and she just apologized. I still felt like this was just going to be passed over but if you're customer service - please help.We've been going to Food City because the atmosphere is better and so is the customer service. Tried Kroger again because it was closer... big mistake today!

Kroger Pharmacy team on Middlebrook are consistently helpful and friendly. I have been going to this location for years. The Little Clinic is equally wonderful. A great neighborhood asset.

My daughter and I went to this Kroger today and had the best experience I've ever had in a grocery store. People there were so friendly so we so clean what made the experience so outstanding was that we went to Starbucks and Keith think it was anyways he was so sweet to my daughter I'm so polite to me. It was just a great experience. Then we go to check out the bag lady played with my daughter Abigail and I was so impressed how they were just so great her name was Jane these two should definitely be promoted or recognized for the best employees ever. I would definitely recommend this grocery store to anyone.

I've used this pharmacy for many years. I changed a while back (for convenience to my work location) but quickly changed back after realizing how good it was, in comparison to Walgreens. The service is excellent! They always notify me when my prescriptions are ready and make it simple for me to request for them to call my dr when the prescription runs out. The hours are convenient and pick up and checking out is ways a breeze. I'm thankful to have this pharmacy close enough because I don't think I would be able to find equal service and convenience elsewhere! Great job, Krogers Middlebrook!

I've been shopping at this location for 20 years and it's gone downhill terribly..starting the year before Covid they were out of stock on many items and never had enough cashiers. Now the store is dirty, not faced, out of stock on many items, items on shelves so high you have to scale the other shelves to get them. And last but not least, meat and dairy items going out of date. They never have more than one cashier and you'll often spend 15 minutes checking out....by a " guy" with all sorts of piercings and green fingernail polish....
