This place is trash now. Anytime you go in to do an Amazon return, there is zero customer service. They don’t even greet you. On top of the fact that they have nothing to offer anymore. Hey management, this is why your parking lot is empty all the time. I was in there today 6/23/2024, and the old lady at the returns was rude, they don’t even greet your customers. Just wow.

I'm in an electric wheelchair. I found the store very easy to navigate which is very important to me. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will recommend Kohl's to friends.

Kohl's use to be my go to place for nice dress shirts and nice ties but their supply for men's clothing has been greatly reduced. It is so hard in Knoxville, Tennessee to find nice clothing for men unless you want to pay an arm and a leg for the small selection you do find. I hope Kohl's goes back to supplying a larger selection of mens clothing.

They've cut their staff. Prices aren't posted, especially in the shoe department. The self scanners for pricing are gone. I've always liked this Kohl's until now.

Everything is in order. Clean store. Everyone nice. Except the lady at the Amazon returns. She doesn't seem happy.
The wait to check out is slower than most places.

I just use Kohls for the Amazon return desk, which is always quick and easy. Maybe once Sephora launches I'll shop there again.
