Wasted nearly 2 hours in this store to walk away with nothing. I chose a recliner rather quickly then spent time shopping for a cocktail table and rugs. When I was ready to pay for my recliner and take it home I was told I couldn't take it because it was a display model. I could have picked it up at another location but it was closed. I let them know I only had a truck for this one day and live 45 minutes away. The manager refused to let me have the one on the floor knowing he could replace it with one from the nearby store. The manager also refused free delivery, which I wouldn't even need if I could have taken the one on the floor. It was 7pm on a Saturday. The store was closing soon. Did they really expect to sell another one that evening? This could have been told to me before I spent so much time shopping for other items. There was no effort to make it right and now I will have to pay delivery from somewhere else. I would not recommend shopping here at all as the customer service is horrible and the manager does not care about making new customers who could become return customers. Never again.

Stopped by your store yesterday, May 4th, and Daniel was amazing.It was my son's first big purchase, and Daniel made everything so easy. He went out of his way to explain everything, and was helpful and considerate.Never pushy.It was kind of like furniture shopping with a favorite cousin.

We purchased a gray couch, they delivered one half of it. And one half of a white couch. I was told this is the warehouse fault. They didn’t make sure they had the correct colors. They left the white side and then took another week to deliver the correct sided color. Hope you’re not in any rush for a couch, because they’ll likely get it wrong the first time.

Terrible customer service! Manager won’t even talk to youI just bought my 2nd bedroom set 4/20/24 complete delivery set for 4/25/24 from Knoxville Wholesale Furniture and just like the first set I bought, the salesman tells you it is in stock and sets up delivery date. When the delivery people get to your house they inform you that your bed is on back order. I call the store and no one can tell me when it will be delivered nor can they tell he why they said it is in stock if it actually wasn’t. Last time it took 2 months to get my furniture, they had my money because I paid cash but I had no furniture. Looks like it’s the same deal this time. They have my money but I don’t have furniture nor do I have any idea when it will be delivered

We just had our couch delivered yesterday and we are in heaven! We found the couch we wanted right away and it wasn’t in stock and our wonderful sales lady Sheri informed us it would be a month and it was exactly a month and then delivered and put together in our home! I was also surprised the couch came with the super cute throw pillows too! 10/10 would recommend! We had a wonderful experience in store and then with delivery as well!

The salesman was informative without being pushy. Found a sectional that we fell in love with. Will be back to purchase because of him.

We won't be shopping here again. It initially started as a good experience. We had a friendly, informative sales person. It's after they get your money the problems start. After purchase, we were given some very narrow pickup windows this week, but was told we could pick it up anytime within those windows. I arranged a little time off work and some help from friends to put it where I want it in my house. When I go to pick up my sofa, they won't release it as they have no record of the sale. It didn't matter that I had the sales invoice in hand along with my credit card receipt. Apparently, with this company, you don't own the furniture you pay for unless they handle the paperwork correctly on their side. I was offered no more than a "sorry, but we can't help you." If you decide to do business here, I'd suggest at least paying with a credit card so you can dispute the transaction when they screw up your paperwork and you can't get your furniture.

As someone else mentioned in a previous review, the problems start after they have your money.So bought an entire bedroom suit on a Tuesday that I was told was completely in stock (which is the only reason I went ahead and purchased it), to be delivered on Saturday.Saturday comes and I get the call that they will be there at 12:30 and then was told by the delivery driver that they would not be bringing the bed as it was out of stock and on back order. This bed was a platform bed so there is no frame but they would bring me a loaner box springs for the mattress to set on and that when the bed comes in they will run it on out to me.Called the store and the sales person knew nothing about it. He checked the computer and said that it was still showing in stock but they must have messed up the count and that a truck was going to be there in 3 weeks with several of these beds so I agreed to wait.Fast forward, 3 weeks comes and I have to call to check and see if the bed is in to which I was told I am not sure, let me check. He checks and tells me that the truck came in at 9 am today and that they have 18 of the beds on the truck but they could not deliver it until the weekend or next week to which I said no that's not what you all told me previously. They agreed to bring it the next day.Next day comes and they call and say that it will be delivered between 4:30 and 7:30. 5:30 comes and I get a call from the store telling me that the delivery driver called and apparently their truck leaked and the bed got wet and I said ok, bring it on and let me look at it.Driver gets to the house and says you seriously want this bed and I said well they said it only got wet and he said no the bed got soaked and it is falling apart. I tried to call the store at 5:58 (they close at 6) and no one answered. The driver said he would tell them that I refused the delivery and that the bed was destroyed.Do not buy from Knoxville Wholesale they are terrible. They take your money and leave you high and dry.Oh, forgot that on the initial delivery, the dresser was also damaged and that someone would be out to repair it and well its been a month and no one.Still don't have the bed.

For a wholesale/clearance center they are not at all cheaper. Just bought a set of dining room chairs for $130 yesterday and lo and behold today I get a ad from Ashley furniture for the same chairs for $99 and that is what they cost all the time there. Of course all sales are final and no returns. I have bought two couches, two loveseats and a recliner from them. Never again. I was hoping to upgrade my bedroom furniture but I will look somewhere else. You lost a customer.

Great service by Ethan. He was very knowledgeable and great to work with. He made the buying process smooth and fast. Definitely recommend going in to see Ethan and all Knoxville wholesale clearance center has to offer!
