SUPER irritated at the customer service received at this location. Sales person, Dwight, was good; Repair consultant, Angel, was good; Repairman, Myles, was good. HOWEVER, LazyBoy dignitaries can't get their act together to stand by their furniture promise of quality furniture. We have to jump thru hoops to accommodate them when they can't trust the word of their employees about the defective recliner couch they sold to us. What a shame!UPDATE: I'm sorry, Knoxville Furniture Distibutors, for the above review. The poor customer service from higher up staff is indeed directed to Knoxville Lazyboy Furniture Galary. Despite sending the review to Lazyboy, it somehow was switched to a different store. My apologies Knoxville Furniture Distributors.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Purchased 2 couches today. Took 1 with us today and picking the other up in two weeks.

This furniture warehouse has great deals and good furniture. The staff are helpful and don't hover over you. However, the one star review is for their delivery service. While delivery is optional and is through a third party company I was not told however that the $85 charge only incudes delivery. The delivery company just plops the furniture down in your house and you are left to fend for yourself to move it and turn it rightside up and put it together, something that's not easy to do with a sofa by yourself. Had I known this I would have reconsidered buying furniture from this place as they do not allow any refunds or exchanges. Buyer beware if you just moved to the area.

This is a great place to buy furniture, no frills but the prices are great, the staff is very friendly and the delivery was quick and inexpensive!
