I recently had my new SUV tinted at Knox Details, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. They explained the whole process thoroughly and answered all of my questions with professionalism and expertise.
The service was fast — they had the tint installed in no time, without compromising on quality. The level of professionalism and attention to detail throughout the entire process was top-notch. Tim and his crew did an amazing job on my ZO6. The attention to detail is next level. There’s plenty of so called PPF and ceramic shops around but not many, if any like this one.

I cannot recommend Tim Buxton and his team at Knox Details enough. They did a superb job detailing and correcting headlights on my coworker's 2012 Lexus. It looks like a brand new vehicle!

I had a small tear in the protective film on the bumper. For no charge, they cut away the affected film and removed the adhesive so the spot is almost invisible. They also offered to replace the film at wholesale cost but the spot is so small, I decided to wait a while.

I wish I was able to give them 10 stars instead of 5. Thank you so much. My Tesla looks better than it ever has! I was unsure on which percentage window tint to go with, the kind lady took me out in the parking lot to show me several different cars to see which one I liked the best. That was very helpful. I am impressed with the ceramic coating and ceramic window tint, but the customer service is just even better. They were extremely friendly and answered any questions I had. I’ll definitely be back with a couple more vehicles in the near future!

Great customer service! I was running a little late and did call to let them know . there was no pressure or no rush to get there. Billie,at the front desk actually warned me to be safe and get there when I could. When I got there I kind of got lost but someone came outside to help me find the building. When I got in I was greeted with water and told to make myself at home ? best experience ever ???

Went in and they had no record of our appointment being that day. Without hesitation they fit us in and tinted all windows in our Model Y within a couple of hours! Not sure whose mistake the appointment time was, but I suspect there's. They still took care of us with a smile!
