My husband and I were referred to Knox auto repair from a dear friend of ours, we contacted them and they were able to get us in and out and did an exceptionally good job. They explained everything that was going on and took time to make sure we understood the process . Excellent service and excellent customer service across-the-board, we would highly recommend them to anyone and we will definitely continue to do future business with them. Knox Auto Repair is truly the best. Joe is an incredible mechanic - extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. He took pictures of everything, showed me exactly what was wrong, and explained it to me in a way I could understand. He was straightforward about the work I actually needed to have done and never tried to upsell or trick me. Knox auto is the best auto shop around! I’ve used a few over the years and never had an experience like this one. Joe had my vehicle fixed up like new. He let me know what was going on every step of the way and made sure to check other things out so I had piece of mind! If you want fair, honest, accurate work done by someone who cares. Been going to Joe for years and it’s the only place that we let work on our trucks! Joe is awesome! He does a great job, he explains what he’s doing and he’s honest. He won’t just throw parts at it just to see if it that fixes it. He goes above and beyond to make sure what he does fixes the issue and makes sure you’re happy! Also very reasonably priced!
