This one lady IDK her name was a cashier checking me out and she was straight up rude to me and rolled her eyes at me for whatever the reason was. I'm surprised she hasn't been fired.

I called them this evening and a very nice and polite young man answered and wasn’t able to answer my questions and said he needed to ask his manger which he did with me on the phone. The female who responded to him told him to hang up which he did. I called back and that female answered and I asked for her name and was told it wasn’t any of my damn business. She wouldn’t allow me to ask my question and was very rude and hung up on me. She even told me I was a scam. I will never go to this location if that’s how their managers talk to and treat people.

Been there two mornings in a row and nobody is in there says there in bathroom I sat there 30 min and beat on door nothing went to Casey's and back still nobody there sleeping

The attendant was so rude, acting like she did not want to be at work, and lied to me. The pump didn't work so I had to come inside, and I try to use my fuel rewards, she said that it worked, and so I went to try to use the gas and the rewards didn't work. I went in to tell her that it didn't work, and she said there's nothing she can do. So rude, if you want to work at a gas station, get a better job then.

Nice and friendly every time I go in. Clean restrooms.Air is too expensive. $1.50. Just way to expensive.Also very honest!!! The last time I went in, I gave her too much money and she gave it back.Also, I have forgotten my cigarettes a couple times and they have always been waiting on me when I returned to the store. Very good Services and hospitality at the Kenjo in Old North Knoxville Broadway location

place is horrible..the main manager sue is rude and loud and talks down and yells at customers...never has fresh coffee and tbey let people hang out in the parking lot begging for money...use to be a real nice stop but it is horrible now....zero stars if I could
