Love thrifting when I'm out of town. KARM was great - furniture pricing is a bit high and misleading if you're not paying attention. Staff is great and super helpful.

I am not sure how this place calls themself a rescue ministry with the up charge on donated items. They have retail or near retail prices on items donated free and clear with many volunteer employees. My donations will be going to local churches from now on. Just shameful.

I have for many years shopped an donated to Karms However on November 12 at the fifth Ave location I was very unhappy with the fact that myself mother an child came to shop like. Usually an use my Coat for cold ticket tickets an while shopping I picked my selected coats an my child was picking a toy cause I was going to reward Her a new item of her selection she is 12yrs old however she found something that she wanted but wanted to test it to see if she could use it when she was yelled at by a cashier name Teresa to put it back she also told her to go find her parents an ask her where we was cause not in this store u ain't getting ready to do what u want an to remind u she is 12 she was frightened an upset cause she couldn't shop an pick her items also the other cashier with short gray haircut approached us about three different times an said them coats to my daughter r not for sale those are for the coats for cold an my daughter said ok she then came back an said to me cause my daughter had made me aware of wat was happening an they where being smart with her she then said to me those r coats for cold an u must have a voucher I said ok she then walked away an came back an then said do u have the vouchers with u my reply was yes but at this point I felt harassed an destracted from shopping so then Teresa looked at the other lady an pointed her fingers at her eyes ? an pointed back an forth as to say I'm watching u an then she made the announcement to alert the store that they would be closing in a few mins on intercom she then stop ringing a woman up as I looked at jewelry an turned to say to me can I help you with something an stopped ringing up her customer I said no she then turned to me an stated to me Im about to call everyone to register an ring them up I said I heard ya announcement over the intercom but it also is five people in a group in the back of the store all white an also 3 white homeless shoppers in the store so my thing was make the announcement again over the intercom an stop harassing me thru the store an I told her an she attempted to argue with me as the lady with short gray hair ask why that was I was harassed but she also took part in it as well so she told Teresa not to say another word as the white people continued to shop an never where called to front she also allowed another homeless white male enter the store to start shopping r look for a shirt he said .. very unhappy an I would love to speak with upper management about the issue it was very rude an not okay

I have shopped at and donated many other karms in the past but was new to this one. My 7 year old daughter was about 20 feet ahead of my husband and me and had just made it to look at the toys. She was not loud, running, or rowdy in any way, just walking to a toy. An employee very aggressively got on to her about being away from her parents. Her tone was abrasive and very rude. The sign requesting kids to stay with parents was only visible in the toy section which we had not even had a chance to walk to and see. My husband asked at what age could kids walk around and she said 18 because there were child snatchers (in the store?!?) most things we picked up were also in rough shape. I won’t be back.

KARM stores are generally clean and well organized. The problem is the prices for these used items are about the same price as a new item at a big box store. Most people who have or need to shop at a thrift store can't afford used items that won't last as long as a new item but will cost a similar price. I still occasionally go inside one of these stores, but only out of my own "goodwill" for helping the needy.

Overpriced. They think they are Dillard's. Need to adjust prices as merchandise is all donations

Overpriced. Greed has taken over this chain of thrift stores. They have taken the fun out of thrifting. Marshals and home goods are about the same price. Also I've witnessed people at KARM stores ask for help and they are turned away. Last week there was a family that ran out of gas in the parking lot. A rip off in the name of God. People will eventually realize what's going on. So sad.

Lots of different items for sale.Prices are high considering the items are donated to them.Employees are not very helpful. Items are not always in the best condition yet the prices are elevated and reflective of better quality merchandise.?????

Terrific bargains. Help feed homeless folks, reduce trash in landfills and find a variety of neat things.

This scam is absolutely ridiciculous. They must be an aspiring big box mall store. They can charge exorbitant prices ($64.99 shirt) for used/donated clothing YET cannot let customers use a restroom?Makes you wonder how much they really do for the homeless.Ladies of Charity is a real thrift store where you can see your dollars at work. Support them!

The way I see it, at one time Karm Stores were more reasonable then they are now. I think what we have as a so called a President (Biden) has screwed things up so much they had to increase there prices to just keep the lights on, they have not always been like this. I will give them a A for effort.

Its a well organized thrift store. The prices on some of the items is what you would pay new at a store. The prices is rather high. It is a friendly place.
