I gave one star only so that I could leave a review. I think this is a scam company and will not shop here again. I sent my product back unopened. The price kept changing within moments of me buying. I will not trust you again!

JTV is the number one company I trust with their service, quality of products, very kind Hosts and Hostesses, and they are all extremely educated in their field, presenting and selling jewelry.Oh yes, I do have high standards, and am frugal spending my Dollars. It's not easy to earn an above reputation in the market place. JTV has earned it in over 30 years of selling Jewelry.Thank you for asking for my opinion. I'm happy to comply.

I love my tanzanite ring!! The color is so beautiful, it looks like a sapphire. It’s a little smaller than I expected but it is dainty looking.

No notice of merchandise not being available until AFTER I called when it was 2 days after delivery date…. I was willing to pay the up charge for sizing ….. but the customer rep wasn’t interested in taking the order!
