Amazing experience! I wish I had gotten the girls name that helped me, because she deserves ALL the praise. She worked on 1/6/24 and has some facial piercings.She made the process of getting shoes for multiple kids very easy. She was friendly and extremely efficient. Thank you so much for helping us! We’ll be back again.

I have wore Vans for over 4 decades now and the majority have been bought at this location, however I had always bought Slip on Vans and never lace ups.I found some really awesome lace up Vans online and bought them. I ordered the wrong size, so I took them to this location for an exchange. Carl was an absolute gem of an employee and they took them back, ordered me a new pair to be shipped to my house and LITERALLY got them in less than 24 hours!!!I highly recommend this location and highly suggest that you ask for Carl!!!

Heard from a friend that the manager/all staff walked out because of the less-than-acceptable company set up and the district manager. That really says something about this store..

I am very disappointed in Journey Kidz. As a former business owner, I normally only post stellar reviews. However, this one is the exception. There was a fiasco in getting the computers working on Sunday, and we were not allowed to buy our item once we had waited 1 hour to get in the store (we do not live in the city and took a trip just to frequent this business). I was told AFTER we found out product to purchase that we would have to put our item on hold until the next day. I live 30 miles away and was not able to come the next day. The business would not budge on their policy. GEEZ! Customers waisted now 1.5 hrs of their day. The young sales person said I could just buy them online if I wish and that it was no big deal that I drove 30 minutes to get there because she drove 30 miles daily for work. Sorry, sales person...sales are not about you, but the customer. I was told I was not able to even find the item online and I would have to find another item. I left the store, and pulled up the website and ordered the EXACT product I wanted in 5 minutes. Then, Journeys Kidz sent the WRONG size that I did not order. Do yourself a favor and buy your children's shoes and products elsewhere. In today's culture, you MUST do better or loose business. NOW, I've had to buy another pair online and must return the wrong shoes back to the store, making another trip that is out of my way and using time I will never get back.

I'm 53 years old and I think that's EXACTLY why they ignore me in this store. Five times I have been in this store and five times I have been ignored. This time one employee had to squeeze by me (without saying one word) on his way to speaking to another couple. Journeys will NEVER be getting a single penny from me. EVER.

Kacie from this location ruined my outlook on my favorite shoe store. Came in to make an exchange and she questioned whether I tried them on or not. Even had the audacity to tell me someone else should take care of me. I'm so outgoing and love people so I was just in shock that someone would treat me so rudely. The manager was kind and said she noticed the behavior but chose not to do anything about it. Won't be back here unfortunately because of one girl that works there that should not work with people.

Im not one to write reviews or speak my mind about situations I am not in or fully aware of what is going on but the other day when I was in your store I witnessed something that has bothered me all night and day and I just have to say something. I watched one of your employees try to leave as she was crying and seemed very upset and in distress. I turned my head as it was non of my business as to why she was upset but she got brought to the back with another co worker and I just heard some very demeaning and disrespectful conversations towards the worker who was upset and it really hurt me to listen to it. I hope she is okay but it was not right tge was she was talked to when she was very clearly upset. It really broke my heart.

My family and I went in here Friday night and there were three girls working, upon entering there was no greeting and they just kept talking to one another. I looked around for a few minutes then found some shoes I wanted to purchase, I had to stand there for a few minutes until they got done talking to each other before I ever got asked if they could get me a size not to mention they acted bothered by having to do their job. Fast forward to check out... the shoes were marked
