I went with someone who was trying to purchase their first suit and the experience here broke my heart for them. They were busy (prom season and a Saturday, so heavy traffic is to be expected) and there were only 3 employees working. He hopped in line at the register once he was ready to check out (wound up looking around on his own to find at least a jacket, didn't have the right size pants) after waiting a long time, when it got to his turn the cashier looked at his watch and just walked away. No greeting, no hand off to another employee, no other employee switching the place to take care of the line of people who were waiting at the register to be taken care of. The guy in line behind him was waiting to pick up a suit he called about, was already paid for , and they were supposed to have it laying out and waiting on him so once someone finally came back up - he let him go ahead of him to grab his suit. That wound up taking awhile because they couldn't find it. Once the coat was finally paid for, we went to Men's Warehouse to get it tailored. The employees at Men's Warehouse were so kind, greeted you the moment you walked in, and seemed appreciative of their clients' business. Wish we would have started there from the beginning.

Have bough last five suits along with shirts, ties, shoes, socks, etc. from this store.
All sales associates are very helpful but I will mention Mort by name as an outstanding associate. Ask for him by name and he will take excellent care of your needs.

A little off-putting compared to other men's stores I visited that day. I think they weren't interested in dealing with me because I looked slouchy, but I was trying on suits and getting measured at multiple businesses all day, so I opted for athletic wear that I could easily remove and get back into for comfort and convenience.
I didn't get a suit, but I did get the stare-down the whole time I perused the options on my own.

I bought a suit last Sunday and it was a wonderful experience. John was great, and he made sure that I left happy. He helped me with many different suits, sizes, patterns etc. and he even walked me through the custom shirt ordering process.

Ordered online but had to return the jacket as it was shipped in a bag and came wrinkled. Went to the shop to return. Terrible rude obnoxious customer service. A bunch of pompass clowns who make minimum wage who are above being polite and kind. I will not shop there anymore. Men's Warehouse has better customer service.

The prices are expectedly high, so sales are the time to buy. Todd—the senior store manager—was helpful and charming.
