The work on my car was superb. The customer service was good. There was a lack of communication. I had to call for updates. The repair took way longer than anticipated. Which is fine things happen. The only reason why this is only 3 stars & not 5 is due to my car having close to 200 more miles on it than it did when I dropped it off. They tried to argue I had put the miles on my car and I did not. Their own paperwork reflected so. The bumper was falling off, I work from home and I have more than one vehicle to utilize. My car is still under warranty & to loose 200 miles you did not create is infuriating.

I recently had my car repaired at Nubert Collision after it was involved in an accident on May 2, and I am thrilled with the results. The team went above and beyond, and you can't even tell my car was ever in an accident.
The staff at Nubert Collision were exceptional—very friendly and extremely professional. They do amazing work, and I am very, very happy with the outcome. My car looks beautiful, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the fantastic job they did.

Got my van fixed here. The whole staff are super friendly and helpful,most important thing is how well they fixed car and really cares about customers. I'm highly recommended this place.

Got my car back after front bumper replacement. The paint job was terrible, several visible imperfections after 9 days of my car in their shop. Took it back to get fixed. Was improved, but the quality of the paint job and decals (stock decals had to be hand replaced because they said they couldn't get them. I guess not even from an aftermarket ? google says otherwise) were still subpar and far below factory. 2 stars because their customer service is good even if their work isn't.

We had our car there twice within one year the last time we got hit by a big male deer did a lot of damage to the car of course we told our insurance company we wouldn't go nowhere else but Joe Neubert. They treat you with great respect and do a really great job.

They were very rude on the phone but become harmless kitties face to face ,I would NOT recommend them to anyone. The one star is the lowest I could go. They act if they are the only one that fixes car

I was going to leave a good review until I saw my insurance was charged for a bad headlight that was initially installed by y'all. It took 38 days to get my car in the shop & a week & 1/2 for it to be repaired. Everything looked great when I picked up my car. But later that night, I noticed an issue with my passenger headlight. I called the next day, brought it by to have it looked at & was told it was a bad light & they would order a new one. Ok easy fix. It took another week to get the light in & I brought my car to have installed. I was there less than 30 minutes & my insurance company was charged another $500!!! This is ridiculous & should have been covered by the shop. I get you can't control what parts you get on whether or not they are good or bad but that isn't the responsibility of insurance companies. So if you are looking for a good collision shop, keep looking because there isn't any. They are ALL shady!!!!

They had my car 8 weeks and it is the worst job I ever had done… emblems didn’t even match.. mirrors didn’t match… paint chipped where the repair was.. dude offered my $50 to go on my way instead of repairing it. I had work done at my dealership recently and they said it was the worst work they’ve seen… this place came highly recommended to me and I have been so let down… do not use these people

Took my car that needed a front bumper and grill in June 2023 and after they took pics of my car gave me a date to come back on a Tuesday in August 2 months later. Took my car on Monday so they would have it first thing Tuesday morning and told it would be ready in a couple of days. On the third day received a call from them stating they had a big problem and that my car had been hit again since they saw me in June and I now needed a headlight and hood as there was new damage. I had NOT been in any other accident. Evidently someone hit my car while it was on their lot. They would not take responsibility for this damage and deny having any cameras any where on their lot which I find hard to believe. I also wander why they wouldnt have told me this on the first day they had it and why they waited 3 days to tell me this. After waiting for 2 months for appt and taking my car on the appt day, as of the third day they had my car nothing had been done to it yet. I know they have insurance to cover things like this that happen but told me I would have to file an additional claim with my insurance since it had been wrecked again. It was definitely not like that when I left my car. I will never use this place of business again and have since heard other stories from many other unsatisfied customers. They also told me if I didnt come pick my car up that day they were going to take it to Cheddars parking lot and leave it. Would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. Ilearned my lesson to always take dated pictures when you leave your car in someone else's possession.I really find it hard to believe in this day and time a business that has multiple cars on it's lot doesn't have a single camera.Never had an experience like this. DON'T USE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Joe Neubert did the body work on my car following an accident. I dealt with 3 groups during this 8 month repair period - JNCC, the dealer, and the insurance company. Matt at JNCC was the only one in this group that worked in my best interests. Matt / JNCC answer the phone, respond to your questions, provide honest updates, etc. Their work looks good. Meanwhile the insurer and the dealer were an absolute nightmare.Services: Painting
