We experienced excessive hail damage while traveling in Texas. We chose Joe Neubert because of their excellent reputation - and we were not disappointed. The workmanship and detailing was beautiful and it looks like we have a brand new vehicle! Additionally, the staff was extremely professional, friendly and helpful throughout the process. We highly recommend them and would use them again without question if ever the need arose.

I had an issue with the rocker panel on my Charger. It was becoming detached, and I dropped in to Neubert to ask if they could take a look at it. They scheduled an appt for me for first thing the next morning. I arrived for my appt and they took it back right away. After a short while they brought my vehicle back around and it looked perfect.
When I first brought it by they had quoted me a price to do the work. As they gave me the keys I said "I need to settle up with you on the bill". The gentleman said "how about we just go with a handshake?". Call me amazed!
I was so appreciative of that, especially since I had never brought a vehicle to them before, but rest assured if ever the need arises, I will be back. Thank You!

Highly satisfied with this business.
Had quite a bit of repair done on my Lexus through my insurance company. I had paint work redone, dents removed from multiple spots over the exterior of the vehicle, and lock system replaced along with other smaller fixes.
My car is in better shape than it was when I purchased it years ago. The paint looks perfect, the condition of the car has considerably improved. It is perfect.
My car was finished in a timely manner, and I had no trouble while it was in the shop with communication or estimation time / pickup.
Thank you for a great job to the staff and management and I will definitely recommend this business to anyone. I am highly satisfied!!
