Went in to buy the cheapest car on the lot. They did not look down on me. David and his sale manager did factor additional cosmetic and mechanical issues to lower the price. David seemed to be a nice guy and honest about what he knew and did not know about the car!

Lamine and Carson were terrific. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, they were upfront and honest throughout the entire process, and I got the prices that I was expecting for my trade and the new car. I will have to tell you how the car is doing in about a year, but so far, this is the best experience I have ever had in the automotive industry.

If you are looking for a family mini-van or any car, really, THIS is the place to go. Everyone on-site is extremely kind and professional and went above and beyond what I would have expected.
We'd been looking for a mini-van for a while and had waitlisted elsewhere but didn't want to wait 6+ months for a van build we weren't in love with. So we found the Chrysler Pacifica and were able to order it through the Chrysler e-shop!!
The process for us was seamless and from the time our order was placed, the car was built and delivered to the dealership in less than 6 weeks - delivery time was referenced to be between that and 12 weeks.
The van arrived perfect, Carson and team were able to get us through purchasing/financing without any hitch and now we understand what a gamechanger the mini-van life is - now able to drop off our young kiddo in the car line without any help ?
