Re: previous review. I'm just now pulling all of my blankets out and they the large thick blanket we have (the only good blanket we owned) that is one of the few things I have that came from my mamaw who has passed away. There is something seriously wrong with these people. I am completely losing it over this blanket. The $150 of collection of facial care and all that, I'm beyond frustrated with, but this is disgusting of them. They are the ones who offered to store everything. They watched us carry what we could and take it on the bus with us when we were moving. We obviously are not in a position to be stolen from. They also had roaches I had to wait 3 days to get my room sprayed and had to turn my toilet valve off every time I used it bc I told them it ran but "they didn't have the part" to stop it and that was that. But the blanket is over the freakin top. And ask to stay in the front by the highway, bc ppl in the back with the loudest exhausts I've ever heard will drive in and out all throughout the night hours. (If they are still there). The beds are super uncomfortable. We both tossed and turned the few wks we were there. But we loved being in west Knox, convenient to work. You can rent rooms in NICE private homes with 3x or more space for 60% what you pay there. As long as you don't trust them with your storage, you'll be alright I guess.

Over all I give Inn Town Suites a 4.25 out of 5. The rooms are perfect for my needs at this time while I try to find an affordable apartment in this post-covid world. The staff is very friendly and polite as well and while I declined it did offer weekly room cleaning. Location wise, it is right behind a few resturants so you have a few dinner options without going far and a bus stop is less than a block away. The down side is that despite reporting issues with the room to maintenance, they have still not been corrected. Namely, one of the burners has not worked for the stove top since day one and the toilet has a habit of not sealing properly after flushing, resulting in it running all the time. In both cases, the maintenance man, while polite, put me off citing different reasons he could not correct the issues himself.Location wise, the only down side is there are no sidewalks on the main road, making it very unfriendly for foot traffic.

I stayed 2 years for 4or 4rs & I called them direct at the knoxville tn office & asking since I stayed there before that long if they might give me a cheaper rate. Whoever answered the phone at 1225pm today was very rude & short with. Very hateful & I was being & just asking a question & he really went off just because I ask him if there may be a cheaper weekly or monthly rate & he was very hateful & not helpful at all. Im not upset because he quoted me $380 What Im upset about is the way he talked to me. There was no need in that. Thank youRooms: When I stayed there 2 yrs ago for 3or4yrs ago it was wonderful. I enjoyed my stay then but your prices have went up quite a bit than what I pay. I planned on staying a long timeThank youWalkability: Walking distance to everything. Restaurangs convient stores & Walmart the west town mallFood & drinks: They had food & drink machines & in walking distances to restaurants & everything it was great!! The staff at that time was great. Thank you

I stayed here for 3 weeks because the weekly rate was $386 and with fees $488. You must pay weekly for this rate, if you try to pay daily the rate jumps to $97 a night total with tax included. For this reason we moved to a better property with breakfast included for $55. Also the room is so small you always have the heater or ac blowing directly on you while on the bed. Shop around before staying here as there are better deals in the same area with amenities.Noteworthy details: The laundry room floor is always flooded with water.

This hotel is a good value. Nearby are restaurants and a gym. Property is clean. I encountered no maintenance problems.

I canceled my reservations with no cancelation fee. They charged me and still 2 weeks later haven't credited my account after several requests asking when I would get a refund. They have never responded. They will take your money.

This location was being previewed for a program helping to house elderly vets in need while permanent placement can be found. We will never use this location again. The management was horrible. Completely rude completely unprofessional hardly ever in the office. With only three staff members I understand being busy however the only two people who seem to ever work was the maintenance man and the cleaning lady. Both of them were extremely nice but seemed extremely stressed and also seemed very uncomfortable around the manager. The manager was insulting and kicked out a 79-year-old disabled vet on a Saturday giving us little time to find another placement for him. We are filing a formal complaint with headquarters.

This place is not livable. It should be free to have a room here. Walls are black, infested with roaches and gnats. There’s no parking at night time unless a mile from your door. The management is no help whatsoever.. this is just not a suitable hotel room to stay in.

Great location in terms of walkers or non-drivers. Walmart is walkable as well as the groceries stores. There's several gas stations and most places deliver here. The owner/manager here is spectacular. Very accommodating. It's kept very clean and they've renovated most of the rooms.Rooms: Clean and redone. Very cute and clean. Updated!Walkability: Like I said everything is very accessible and the bus line is very close!Noteworthy details: Great people!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the one on Gallaher View Rd for almost a year. The only thing I can say good about the place is it's location. Other than that...we stayed in 3 different rooms. All 3 rooms were nasty and I would have to clean top to bottom before I even moved our stuff in the room. There were cob webs everywhere, floors were black and you could not walk on floors without shoes or feet were black. We had to bleach the showers and clean the Pubic hair all in showers. The manager Josh was not very attentive or knowledgeable when it came to certain problems that arose. Maintenance was unable to fix simple problems in a timely manner if they even attempted to fix them at all. There have been 3 over dose resulting in death in the past month alone...and that's just the ones I know of. I could continue on and on....all night. But I I'd rather get some rest.Rooms: The rooms are smelly, fully of black mold, half of the rooms look like they have never been cleanedNoteworthy details: The outside of the building and parking lot are in need of serious upkeep

Rooms are usually pretty dirty / barely cleaned. Linen getting changed for new arrivals are rare. Management cannot properly coordinate with the war-torn looking maintenance guy and ends up being disruptive at the dead of night. No room servicing. Even if you have a serious problem, you're most likely leaving before it's fixed. Bathroom door's not properly aligned because the work is outsourced to foreign amateurs. If you really need a place for a week, that's about all they offer, but otherwise just book an actual hotel. You need to be down bad for this place to be somewhat worth it.
