Called interstate after getting a flat and finding a broken spring. They came next morning and replaced spring and changed flat . While changing flat also found broken wet bolt. Probably not the cheapest but for two guys ,parts and their time well worth it. Would definitely use again if in area.

Repair work was good, but very expensive. They even charged me for their time when they went to get a replacement part they had incorrectly ordered. Serviceman was very friendly.

We were visiting the Veterans Cemetery close by & our check engine light came on. We drove a few miles to the shop & the owner Jack is very informative & scanned the RV & advised us he would order the parts & get us back on the road the following day. He literally took us to the hotel & recommended the Restaurant next door which was great. We were back on the road midday. Thank you for making our mishap a pleasant one!

Interstate came out to work on the camper but after three hours they said they didn’t know what was wrong. They charged us over $750.00 for three hours work and said they would return later in the week and at least get us cranked do we could get home. We called them several times to find out when they would return but they never returned our calls nor came back. Had to have it towed to Shannons twisted Garage. Shannons got it cranked and found some things wrong and repaired it. They worked on it for several days to locate the problem and charged less money for more time. Kudos to Shannon’s

Small company out of Knoxville that does on-site chassis work on motor homes and RVs. Today (5/20/23) they installed my a/c compressor fan belt and receiver air dryer and flushed and recharged my chassis (dash) a/c on my 2014 Entegra Aspire with a Spartan chassis on-site at Sun Outdoors RV park in Sevierville TN. They would require you to take your MH to their shop if you have a Freightliner chassis because of all the radiators in the back. Spartan uses side radiators so the belt was very easy to get to. Adam and Matt did a great job, were friendly and cleaned up the site when done.Service: Air conditioning

When you call them they do their best to send someone out. That is appreciated, but the appreciation ends there. The fellows were nice.I had an electrical short in my motorhome which rendered it unsafe to drive. They installed the multifunction turn signal stalk and the problem persisted. They would not continue to look for the short and left me with a bill of over $500.Shannon’s Twisted Metal Garage happened to be in the campground and agreed to take a look. In less than 30 minutes the problem was diagnosed and fixed. I can now go home safely. Save time, money and aggravation and wait for ShannonService: Electrical

These two idiots came out to our house to look at our RV and fumbled around for an hour and a half only to tell us they didn’t know what was wrong with it and we should have it towed to a shop. Not even their shop just take it somewhere else. Charged us $350. Never use interstate repair. It’s a total scam and they have no idea what they’re doing. Next day we towed the RV to performance truck Inc. in Racoon valley and Terry looked at it for about 15 minutes, found the problem and repaired it in under an hour for less than $100. It was just a $2 fuse. So if you ever need your RV or big truck serviced that’s where you should go.Service: Electrical

We are on vacation camping in GSMNP. We were driving on a scenic loop in the park when we cut a corner too close and hit the side of a small wall. It immediately blew the tire on our camper van. Fortunately, we were able to pull to the side of the one way, one lane road. It was pouring rain with mud and boulders around the back tire so no safe way to change it. Called AAA and they sent Steven out. He was absolutely wonderful. He got our van on his flatbed truck and got us safely the rest of the way down the narrow road. It was too late to get it fixed so he drove us to Walmart in Sevierville so we could buy two tires in the morning. He even helped get the very large storage box off and back on the van when unloading our van. He was professional, very nice and so helpful. We are far from home and he made this mishap on our trip so much easier. I would highly recommend him.

Whew, yikes. They overcharged towing my RV by 2 hours. I called them the next day (today) and just got off the phone. I was originally quoted a price of $185 per hour, and I was ok with that. It took them almost exactly 3 hours to get my RV and bring it to my house and unloaded, even after airing up a flat tire (they told me after this happened, I wasn't aware it was flat). I have timestamps in my phone from them calling me when they were getting ready to pick it up and then when they got close to my house. They charged me for 5 hours. So I called, thinking we could easily work out the misunderstanding, but they got really hostile and nasty almost immediately. They said I had to pay to get their wrecker back to their business, which I didn't know at all. And originally I thought maybe that was a common thing and I didn't know, but my husband had been listening when I hired them and he told me they clearly said from pickup until disconnect. And even still, if I paid them to get back to Knoxville, I was still overcharged by an hour. And at $185 per hour that is a chunk. So over the course of the 23 minute phone call I was cussed at, insulted, and talked down to. Finally I had to just tell them that I would dispute the charge with my credit card company. It's ridiculous. I highly, highly recommend you go to another towing service if you can. These people are crooks and I wish I had called anyone else.
