“We came to this store to inquire about changing our cellular service from Verizon to T-Mobile. We found the store to be well laid out and extremely clean. We were immediately greated by Nick who proved to be knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions about available plans. Nick took care of use and we made the decision to join the T-
Mobile family. We had to call customer service to have them help us set up our Pads that weren't worth us at the store during the change over process. I can not tell you how pressed we were with the customer service reps that we spoke with. If these phone reps are any indicator of a company's overall service we are extremely pleased so far.”

“I have been a US Cellular customer for over 26 years. The Kingston Pike store has been my favorite to work with since it opened…I think that was a few years ago.Casey, who I met years ago and Jimmy in the last year, are awesome. They both get 10+ stars for customer service. Jimmy Mullins…I have worked with the most in the last year, he has helped me 4 times as well as two others in my extended family. His technical skills are incredible and I appreciate his support and that he is very kind to me…a non-geek! Who understands nothing about technology! And prefers a landline any day..lol.Most recently he helped me upgrade my phone and my account. He listened carefully to what my needs are for a phone.He is professional, respectful, honest and never pushy. If you have a problem he works patiently until it is resolved. If he tells you something, you can rely on it. These guys are top notch and bring all their best attributes the the cellphone market. They help make USCellular the success story that it has become.”

“If you leave in the Knoxville area and have any issues with your Verizon phone or service, make sure you don't waste your time . Go straight to the Verizon on Callahan rd next to Lowes and ask for Lane. You will not be disappointed. After another store completely set up my new phone service wrong, they told me I would have to wait 30 days to make any changes even though it was their mistake. Well, that didn't set well with me, so by recommendation, I went to the Callahan store, and Lane had my phone & service fixed in about 15 minutes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Verizon location and Lane.”

Not only did he find the best plan he could, he spent at least 1 1/2 hours helping me get my Apple password set up. Not his job at all! Could not be more impressed!”
