One of the worst motels EVER, no I didn't expect a 5 star hotel for the location and price but it should be shut down, found a needle with drugs still in it just in the floor and my daughter almost stepped on and found a broken crack pipe right at the foot of the bed, went down to tell the owner about it and brought him what I found in a paper towel and told him my 4 year old daughter almost stepped on the needle and he told me that it's not his fault what the maids didn't clean, even though he owns the motel and at the end of the argument he told me that he was going to call the cops on me if I didn't leave and no refund. At 2am we got a loud knock on the door and it was some drugged out woman and we couldn't understand what she was saying. Worst motel ever!!

I don't care what anyone says about this place. I lived here for quite sometime and never had the first bug... Never! No roaches and no bed bugs ever! Not while I was there! And the price was cheapest around. Not the best part of town, but hey... The place deserves a lil recognition.Rooms: Everything you needed except a kitchen. Washer and dryer on property. Rate was great.Walkability: Walking distance to a weigles & a Marathon and I-40.

Dirt cheap, Yay ?, Really old like 60s maybe. Upgrades are ghetto fabulous. Hot shower clean rooms. Stiff bed, hard pillows, fridge microwave, Ice maker laundry on site is a bonus for the working man. Friendly, kind hearted and knowledgeable staff. Right next to the highway, noise level varies, "leave the tv on". ;). Lots of parking, shops gas etc reasonably close by.

Great customer service! We were a little questionable when seeing the outside, but our room was clean, smelled clean, no complaints at all! We didn’t care about how the outside looked. Definitely give this place a chance! It’s very affordable and they are great with customers!

Can u imagine the parties happening here when Jim Cornette started Smokey Mountain Wrestling in the early/mid 90s? The slew of debauchery and fueled up testosterone flowing around this time! The walls could tell stories! Knoxville is like a big Brockton, Massachusetts.. God had to take a dump somewhere

This place has really turned around. Don't listen to all the negative reviews. The management is incredible and very friendly. They gave me 13 equally bloody and semen filled towels upon . The ice machine works phenomenally well. I only saw a couple of prostitutes and some were part of the LGBTQ community ?️?.I was very happy about the managements openness to pride . I love their pricing of 60 dollars a month very affordable. The TV was a qled ultra 8k Samsung the remote worked better then any TV remote in North Korea. There were free crack rock samples they sell outside at check in. They provide snap traps free of charge to catch roaches they didn't seem to work to well I woke up in the middle of the night with 2 on my face and 1 in my mouth so quirky ?. The other guests were very friendly one offered to "cap me" if I get in his space again I didn't take him up on his offer of a soda ?. So overall this is the best inn I have ever stayed at would recommend.

Im not the isnt type of person who expects pennies for gold, but the inn of Knoxville still manages to disappoint even my lax standards. i checked in on a saturday night, planning to stay for a month, for which was charged a good price. i was in the room about three hours when i caught a bed bug crawling up my sleeve. i quickly spotted a few more. i reported the problem, and they moved me to the next room over. well this room was even worse. all in all, i end up going through four rooms in two days, before i said enough is enough. i was covered in bites and having a sever allergic reaction to them. i had to fight the manager for a refund. he called me a liar, said the bites were a pre-exisitng condition, and that they dont have bed bugs. i caught one the night before and had put it in a cup of water to show him, but he claimed it was already dead when i found it. i had to take him up to the room and find him a live one. then he accused me of bringing them in when i came. they didnt give me full refund (i paid a monthly rate), but deducted two nights (at the nightly rate). i ended up having to go to the E.R. for the bites. never in my life have i seen such a lack of integrity and honesty. reader beware, stay away from the inn of knox. they definitely do have the bed bugs

Rough area. Bottle of water tiny apple and mini granola was the breakfast due to covid. Staff was really nice though. It was not expensive and it showed with dated decor but we just needed a place to sleep after a.concert which it was great for that.

This place is scary that its able to be in business honestly. There were multiple questionable stains on the comforter, sheets, and pillow. We literally slept sitting up against the wall with no covers on (we debated leaving but were exhausted). The chairs that were at the breakfast table had stains all over them as well...like just swap the chairs to non cushion chairs and it would fix that problem...paint chipping everywhere. The towels were like brownish gray from being used way past their expiration...like I've had towels at home for forever that weren't even that worn. The place was very sketchy on the outside/parking lot...all around just bad.
