My tax pro was great. But, H&R Block as a company charging for something you received from the IRS that's to be filed with your taxes, is ridiculous.. that's just taking our money for the hell of it

I am a regular here every year. Only once have ever had a bad experience in last 20 years and that was because the person was new. The next year I went back same person helped me with a totally different outcome. Will definitely be back

This was the worst experience we have ever had when filing our taxes. We used Sarah today. Had my husband not been paying attention we would have had to pay because she made several mistakes. She then charged us 580.00 to file married with 1 dependent. She said the added fee was because it was because they were complicated. The only reason they were complicated was because she didn't know eat she was doing and continued to make mistakes when entering our information. We will never allow her to do our taxes again. Last year when we used HR Block I had nothing but good things to say. Sadly this year it's the complete opposite. It took her 3 hours to do our taxes. It was a total nightmare. I do not recommend Sarah at this location.
