The staff were super friendly and helpful. Every thing was done in a timely manner down to the wait time and how quick and knowledgeable the staff were. Will definitely go back to visit the same preparers.

After waiting forty minutes past my appointment time with no explanation and listening to some worker chomp chips insanely loud, I got up and left. I don’t make appointments for them to not be kept or even acknowledged.

Dont bother making an appointment. You'll be waiting just as long, if not longer than people who walk-in. Friendly staff but zero sense of urgency and respect for others time.
