I have worked at this place that I call home for over a year now and I have to say that since the day I started house Hasson hardware has treated me like family. Couldn’t have asked for a better job .

Poorly managed at floor level. Paul (warehouse manager) committed breach of confidentiality and Chris Kaberka committed retaliation. The place has a 1.5 turn over rate per day. Happy we left. There's no managers there with any leadership skills.

As a flatbed truck driver when making a delivery I normally have to unstrap and untarp the load all by myself it's all part of the job. However, when I arrived at House-Hasson Hardware this morning for delivery I was told that they would help me unstrap and untarp the load. To be honest I thought they were going to help remove 1 or 2 bungy straps, nope they helped me with everything even helped roll the straps and tarps up. Thank you guys for the help I was there from the time the 1st strap was loosened to me driving away was about 45 minutes.

So far so good. Came here bc they were at the job fair I attended. They sold themselves and the company well. I got the job and start Friday.UPDATE...if you get hired here expect to work the first day. When they say "orientation" they mean paperwork for an hour and work the rest. I wasn't even given a tour. So I had no clue where anything was anyone was talking about. It's very disorganized from the start. I worked at HT Hackney after quitting this job. I couldn't believe how different the 2 are. You can't even compare. Maybe a good stepping stone for someone to start something quick.??♀️

Security guard was awesome very friendly and helpful, receiving guys were nice and quick, I was lucky was no truck in docks just trailers otherwise is a tight squeeze

The plant manager Chris is as vile as they come. I try not let one terrible representative of a company ruin my opinion of the company as a whole but I certainly hope the owner somehow catches on to the destructive impact that just one "leader" can have on his lifelong business. Chris has little man syndrome and goes around speaking to hard workers like they are dogs which is the absolute worst way to improve operations of any kind. If you are a buyer then I don't think you'll have any issues as the office workers and order pickers are very efficient but if you are someone considering working here I'd suggest looking elsewhere..as in ANYWHERE else.
