It's been a couple of years but I'm finally getting around to writing a review! The staffing at this hotel was exceptional. I actually now prefer other Hilton-brand hotels but I highly recommend this particular hotel if you like Homewood Suites and the location.

Had an issue with the night manager - customer service lacking
Room wasn’t made up 1/2 of our stay
Bag of trash left in the hallway at the room next to us wasn’t picked up for three days
Was an ok place to sleep so we
Could do what we needed to this week but likely won’t be returning based on all of this

I have always enjoyed staying at this location when coming to visit family or for events in the area. Convenient location, cleanliness, breakfast etc are all reasons for me to stay here. On my most recent trip this week I brought two family members who both have mobility issues (one is 91yrs old in a wheelchair). The mobility accessible room has been great. The parking has been a nightmare. This location does not police the handicap parking, and the spots have been blocked off for two days! Tonight, two vehicles (one without any handicap markings) parked in them anyway but nothing is done about it. I even mentioned it to the front desk and was told I could just park in the front to unload. Remember, I have two individuals in my care with mobility issues, and one with dementia who cannot be left alone. Extremely disappointing and inconvenient. I will continue to stay at Hilton properties but will think twice before staying here again, especially since water was also turned off during the day.

The Homewood suites was clean, although it was fully booked. The staff were on their toes. We came down a little bit after breakfast has started a few days we stayed there and breakfast was always stocked, and the area was very clean. Our room was clean and comfortable and well stocked as always. We’ve stayed in many hotels where there have been loud disturbances during the night, but we did not have it at this one at all.

Rooms were clean and very big. We enjoyed having the extra space.What stood out to us was the breakfast. They offered a good spread with all the options. The hotel will be on our list to make sure to hit while traveling through the area.Rooms: Rooms have kitchenette, living area and bedroom

We have enjoyed our stay. You guys rock! Very courteous, helpful, and kind. But tonight when I made a call to the desk to see if they would do something about our upstairs neighbors being so loud, stomping, etc., for 2nd night in row, they seemed put off by our request for quiet. And the stomping is still going on. We've never had this problem at any time during our travels. So, I'm not thrilled that I felt it necessary to review the hotel based on the poor behavior of an upstairs guest.Update: we have been here for almost 3 weeks and still management is doing nothing about the noise from the people above us. It's been every single night, all night. It's 3:40 am, and it's still sounding like they are going to fall through the ceiling. Guests have changed, but the insane amount of stomping and banging has not changed. Our family is not sleeping. We will not be back to this hotel, and we cannot wait to leave here in Friday.

Location of the hotel in great. Plenty of restaurants, grocery and other entertainment very nearby. The bed was comfortable and with three kids, a kitchen is a must. However, the standard of cleanliness is shockingly sub par for a Hilton brand hotel, especially for the rates they charge. There was trash and debris behind the dresser that the T.V was on, a large patch of mold in a corner of the ceiling in the bedroom, the shower curtain had moldy spots all over it and the showerhead was also covered in mold and mildew. On top of the dirtiness of the room, the T.V in the living area only had about 25 channels, non of which were kid friendly and the picture was very fuzzy but the T.V in the bedroom had regular Dish channels and the picture was clear. We asked the front desk why we couldn't get the same channels and of course they were no use. We arrived around 5:30/6 pm after a 14 hour traveling day. We decided to stay in the room the first night even though it was not clean simply because we were exhausted. We spoke with the front desk and they said we could move to a new room. The following day we were told it would be ready in the afternoon. I was in the lobby with my two older children while my husband was in the room with our youngest while he was napping. We were in town to look into areas for a possible relocation. My family had come to the hotel to take care of the kids while we met with a realtor and drove around. I was in the lobby with them for about 20 minutes before my husband and I left. We walked right by the front desk associate, she looked right at us and acknowledged we were leaving. No more than 10 minutes later I get a call from my mother who was still in the lobby with my kids. She said they told her our new room was ready. They were insisting that we change rooms right then. Well we had an appointment and could not turn around and move all our stuff right then. Even if we hadn't been out, my son was still napping and I wouldn't wake him up to move rooms anyway. When we got back to the hotel, early evening around 6, I went upstairs while my husband talked to the front desk. Come to find out they had deactivated our room key even though all our stuff was still in the original room. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. The rooms are not cleaned well and the staff doesn't seem to know or care what's going on. Also, I find it odd that they provide a kitchen with dishes and dish soap but no sponge to clean the dishes or kitchen towels.

There was only one staff member in the hotel!!!!On my first night my kids took a shower and I was surprised that the shower floor was flat it didn’t have an edge or wasn’t surrounded with anything to stop the water! The water went everywhere in the bathroom, I was worried my kids will slip when they use the bathroom so I called front desk to get house keeping to dry my floor she said there was no house keeping and that she has no one to send me some towels to my room for me to dry the floor!!! The next night when I came back to the room it wasn’t cleaned and the wet mountain of towels was still in the bathroom floor I moved on, but I did call to get some sheets for the bed she tells me so WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH SHEETS!!!! That made me so frustrated turns out she was trying to avoid sending sheets because she was the only staff there and had no one to send them!!!Will not stay there again and will not recommend.Food & drinks: Breakfast was ok!
