Been banking with them for 8+ years since before it was HomeTrust. Great honest customer service that helps with what you're looking for financially. No banking fees with direct deposit. Great security for suspicious or unusual transactions, and easy to remediate anytime. Free ATM withdrawals and reimbursements. Generous and rewarding credit card service (they were my first and are my highest credit limit). Free custom-photo debit cards. Frequently use their mobile app to check balances and their website.Overall it is a great bank to work with! Have never had an issue with their service.

My experience talking to a rep inside was very easy and helpful, the bank was clean and pleasant yo be in my only issue was that my representative forgot to order ke a card for my new account
