The stay was okay. The rooms are not deep cleaned. The shower was grimey and the kitchen floor had some kind of splatter that was never mopped up. In another room, we found chips between the couch and the ottoman.
There doesn't appear to be any uniform standard for this Hilton. The cleaning crew and front desk were in street clothes, sometimes pajamas.
When my room was "cleaned" the Do Not Disturb sign that was on my door must have fallen off in the hallway, but they entered anyway and replaced it on the inside of the door...? They also left multiple lights on, which was disorienting since I did not want service.
The location is convenient, but this is definitely not my first choice for an extended stay.

Great place to stay when you’re in Knoxville. Plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance. Their breakfast is pretty good as well! (6am-10pm) on week days and (6:30am-10:30) on the weekends.
Rooms: Nice room with a nice sized bathroom that had a walk in shower.
Nearby activities: Neyland stadium isn’t too far down the road and Dollywood is about an hour away. There is a Main Event right around the corner as well
Safety: Well lit, I didn’t notice any suspicious activity the two weeks that I stayed there.
Walkability: Many shops and restaurants all within walking distance from the hotel.
Food and drinks: Parkside Grille and Carrabba’s is less that 1000ft away from the front door. The breakfast in the mornings at the hotel is awesome as well!

Trivial issue, but changing the channel is a 15min process. The network has been getting updated for at least 2-3 months now. Looks like it was supposed to be done Aug. 2024.
Otherwise a great location.
Rooms: Spacious with carpeted living/bed areas and tile kitchen and bathroom. Lots of counter/desk space.
Noteworthy details: The TV/Network/Cable situation is not great. Changing the channel requires restarting the TV and SLOWLY going through the channels, one at a time. If you stay on a channel too long, you have to restart. You can't just type in a channel number.

Our family needed a last minute reservation because we had a mix up with a different hotel and Aaron took very good care of us. He is kind and compassionate and we are forever grateful ♥️

Below par across the board. Entrance area wasn’t clean, reception area wasn’t clean, found laundry and employee area doors to be open throughout the place, wet floor sign hanging in the elevator handle bar, cups had sticky stuff on them, breakfast was sub par, Business center printer didn’t wirk because it was low on toner. Lady at the front desk was too busy to even look up from her computer while talking. She said that the printer is not working. No help offered. When I looked at the printer, it simply said it was low in toner! I’d rate this a 2 star property! Clear signs of poor management and poor training as well as quality of employees. How do people rank this 4.0 plus in reviews is beyond me. Home2 has been our go to place because our son loves it. Sad to see how average this one was. For spending buck eight, this was lousy choice!!!! It wasn’t worth half of what we paid.

We got one of the suites, 2 queen beds, a pull out sofa and a kitchen. It was a really nice room with lots of space. It had a table we could eat meals at, a fridge for our food. This place had one of the nicest breakfasts I've had in a hotel. It was a bit busy for breakfast between like 8 and 9, so if you can go earlier or wait a little I would recommend that. There is only one waffle iron, so that creates a little line of people waiting to make a waffle. Service was good. The pool was nice, the kids enjoyed it. It wasn't too far from where we needed to go. All in all I'd stay here again.

The positives:
Our front desk team member, Hinkle, was the GOAT for sure. Friendly and attentive. Even resolved my incident when I reported and was apologetic. The morning staff was similar during our interactions, this includes food prepping staff.
The negatives:
The room did not appear to have been vacuumed nor the sheets changed. Being there for a funeral and wearing black identified there was a lot of hair from previous occupancy. The room itself was acceptable, but we did miss the smell of cleanliness that we experienced at other Home2 locations.
