Stayed here Saturday night. Booked two rooms side by side which was accommodated. Rooms were clean but beds were rock hard. Took the kids down to get what would normally be a free continental breakfast at any other hotel and was charged $53 for 4 of us. The breakfast was serve yourself and was exactly the same as any other free breakfast at other hotels. No better. I will never go back to another Holiday Inn after that. Nickel and dime me? Fine. I'll take my business elsewhere.

This was the last stop on a 2 1/2 week road trip in the southern US. I had points towards a room at a holiday inn so we chose this place.Check in went smooth. The room we were given was ok, but the toilet seat had gouges in it. This surprised me as I’ve not had issues at holiday inns in the past. We overlooked this and stayed in the room. The next morning we went to the area where the person who checked us in told me to go for breakfast. The employee asked for our voucher tickets and I told the employee we stayed in the hotel overnight and didn’t get vouchers. She directed us to the front counter to get them. I explained to the employee at the counter what I was told and the employee stated since I used points towards the room, we didn’t get the free breakfast. I told her that was not what their site stated when I booked the room and the night employee was the one who told me where to go for breakfast. This employee basically accused me of lying. We packed our things and I checked out about 15 minutes later. This same employee asked me how my stay was. I told her about the toilet seat and not getting the free breakfast. She had no clue she just dealt with me a short time ago.Needless to say, I won’t be staying at this holiday inn ever again. Like I said, I’ve never had a bad experience at a holiday inn so I won’t write this chain off for one bad experience.

The location was great! The rooms were clean and spacious. Well, they did upgrade me to a suite. First phone interaction wasn't great because the associate who answered the call was very short and rude with me. I told my spouse she was in a bad mood. The second time, I asked about early check-in. The same associate was a little more receptive. She must have heard my statement to my spouse. During check-in, a different associate was present and had great customer service skills. During check-out, the associate had great customer skills. Hopefully, the stated associate was having a bad day. Besides the minor hiccup. Everything was great. We would definitely use this location again.

Great hotel for the price. The beds are super comfortable. I've stayed twice and always sleep well. The pool is indoor/outdoor and open till 10pm. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel. They serve a breakfast buffet in the morning. It's ok, but you have to pay. ($10-$12) Staff is very nice.

We got stranded in Knoxville due to weather issues at the Atlanta Airport grounding our flight. We dropped in to see if HI had vacancies. We were met by a super professional Front Desk Manger who put us at ease, gave us a good rate and even provided breakfast vouchers for the next morning. The Hospitality was outstanding and just what a couple of weary travelers needed.

Never again will be stay here. Check in is at 3, our room wasn’t ready until 5:30. Ice machine doesn’t work, basketball court was closed for maintenance, food is really pricey at cafe (have better luck going to the restaurants across the street). The chair in our room had trash sticking out of the cushion. And if you have the “pleasure” as getting Precious as your check in\out clerk, be prepared for an attitude. I had questions about a hold on our card and her response was “have you never stayed at a hotel before”? Excuse me…. But this was one of the worst experiences for a hotel in Knoxville, save your money and go somewhere else.

We stayed here on a weekend vacation and it was nice. While the rooms could use some updating, everyone who worked here, including kitchen staff, were extremely kind and accommodating. Our initial room’s shower took 10 minutes to heat up and the tv’s cable wouldn’t connect and they allowed us to change rooms free of charge. They even gave us free breakfast coupons because someone cancelled they’re reservation. We had a pleasant experience here and when we come back to Knoxville, we will be coming back here!

Pet friendly is a big plus however the rooms are dated and the carpet is a tad icky. Now, I'm sure the non pet rooms are updated and much nicer. The hotel is nice. It's also huge! We had a good experience overall. We had 2 rooms and one smelled of cat pee very badly. We did not want to complain because we had trouble finding a hotel that took animals and could give us rooms together. The front desk agent Cory was very nice and accommodating.

We traveled from out of state and booked 25 rooms for a local regatta. The director of sales (Bill) was fantastic to work with. He was incredibly responsive during the booking process and during our stay as well, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Everyone we encountered - from check in, to the servers at the breakfast buffet, to the staff at the restaurant - went out of their way to provide amazing service. I was very impressed.

Well, pretty little Tiffany is absolutely amazing at check in! The rooms are nice and clean, linens clean, parking lot is nice, very nice lobby and entrance. The people leaving negative reviews must be expecting this to be a belagio or something! It’s a holiday Inn. I happen to think it’s quite nice and comfortable, less than 25 minutes to downtown. Plenty of restaurants close by. Oh and did I mention that Tiffany is very awesome and is quite beautiful with a great little accent. Any way it’s a great place to stay

We stayed at this hotel for a girls basketball tournament and found their maintenance man taking pictures of our little girls in the pool we approached him and he tried to run we took him to the managers office were they put him in a room til police came and he ran from them manager did nothing to help but give attitude toward us and police. Please watch your kids I would suggest to not even put them in an unsafe hotel like this one!! Stay somewhere that will do anything to protect your children!

This is the best holiday inn I have ever stayed at. They’re friendly and kind; the rooms are clean and there’s free Wi-Fi. Traveling with a service dog is hard and this place made it feel as easy as coming home. It was such a weight off of me to be welcomed like that with my service dog. Great green space around back and convenient to park near the room and use the side door to walk my dog into my room. I think my dog had more fun than I did staying here, which I am so grateful for. Will absolutely be back!

Everything was fantastic. We checked in having no clue the city was hosting some March Madness events. The hotel was full, but they still helped me when I needed some first aid supplies because my son fell, got us extra bedding, and even gave me pointers on some shopping. This location is super convenient if you don’t want to be right downtown. Will stay again!!

Rooms really need updating. The breakfast was fantastic. The pool area is nice, however the hot tub could use some remodeling. The location is terrific. Love the fact that you allow pets. All pets.Rooms: Again, just some updating new carpet. The beds were fine. Bathrooms were fine and some paint on the wall help get that old cigarette smell out.Food & drinks: They did have a very nice selection in there store area.

As far as hotels go.Room was clean, good water pressure on the upper levels. No noise bled over from other guests.Very dated rooms. I hope a remodel or similar is in its future. Bathroom sink was dated, several layers of patches on the room walls and ceiling. Pet peeve the TV listing was out of date. The padding under the carpet was absolutely destroyed throughout the room, each step squishes underneath your foot.Road noise from the highway.I don't know the other hotels in the area, but if you just need a clean place to crash. This will do just fine.
