This hotel is horrible. Where to begin no gym, my air in my room doesn't work, my fridge doesn't work, some outlets don't work, you have to pay for what is usally a complimentary breakfast the list doesn't end there .

Easy to find. Close to the freeway. Maybe a little too close. That's the only negative, trucks on the freeway are very loud.
Rooms: Very spacious rooms. King room has everything you need. Microwave and mini fridge. Kurig if want a half a cup of coffee.

I love this hotel! From the front desk staff to the restaurant, they’re amazing! Peter at the hotel bar is so attentive, polite and respectful. He made me a great drink as well.
Angela in the kitchen made me the BEST salad. I got the ranch dressing, but it had to be made in house because it was so creamy and flavorful. I could’ve drank it. I got the chicken and shrimp pasta as well. WOW. This hotel EASILY has the best food in the area. I’m shocked. I have never had “hotel food” taste like this before. I’ll be sad to leave.
Rooms: Clean and modern
Food & drinks: So good!! Angela and Peter are great!

Noteworthy details: Cocktail bar in the lobby is nice. Breakfast is 8 bucks or so.

Rooms was clean and nice. Breakfast was excellent..$8 buffet and kids eat free. We got in late, too late for the restaurant, there were reasonably price microwave meals available for purchase in the lobby. All staff we encountered were very friendly.

My family and I stayed here to be close to Soaky Mountain without having to stay in Sevierville. The location was perfect, easy to access the interstate, multiple restaurants within a few minutes, and the service was outstanding. I've never received this level of customer service when checking into a hotel and during my stay. I did reach out to management to try to find out if they have a system to recognize employees for exceptional service. The gentleman who checked us in was the epitome of what customer service should be. The only issue at all was with the shower. I realize companies are trying to save money and conserve water, but it was like showering under a watering can from the garden. The water pressure was almost non-existent. Otherwise, one of the best stays I've ever had with any hotel chain. Who would have thought it would happen in Knoxville, TN???

The General manager Carol went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, without her personable service our stay would not be as remarkable. The room was well cleaned, the A/C worked very well and was quiet. I could hear extremely little to no noise what so ever from the nearby Interstate and the other guest were quiet as well.The bar service and beyond reproach and the food was to return for by itself.

I’ve had to work in Knoxville and my company uses Holiday inn. I’ve been to this hotel twice and both times have been Awful experiences. The first visit my room had bedbugs. The GM acted as if I was lying. And didn’t have a lot of resolution to the incident. The 2nd experience my co workers had already checked in and I arrived later in the evening. The hotel receptionist couldn’t figure out which room I was in. Therefore I had to spend the night in the company single cab. I do not recommend using this hotel regardless what the price point for a room is. I originally had planned on leaving out at 1am to get to the job to completely avoid this hotel and my supervisors insisted I check-in. It’s currently 1:40am and I’m typing this review.
Rooms: Rooms were well organized. First visit had bed bugs.

Had dinner at the restaurant and it was absolutely fantastic. Definitely better than any restaurant in the local area. Will be coming back. Phenomenal experience.

Very pleased overall. Clean room, friendly staff, great food! Breakfast was excellent with a much better menu selection than other hotels I have visited. :-)
