We booked a room for 4 people -two adults and two teenagers (ages 15 and 14). Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that the room assigned to us (402) had only ONE king bed for all of us. When we requested a room with two queen beds, we were informed that the hotel was sold out and no alternative arrangements could be made. Additionally, the room we were given had a very strong odor of dog urine, which made our stay extremely unpleasant.

Great location but the hotel is dated, rooms very basic and the service average to low.Rooms: very basic and quite old.Nearby activities: good location with easy walk to the plaza or square which has an abundance of restaurants and bars.

Long hairs on towels. Metal bar under fridge came off hit my toes. My roommates key card wouldn't work got his fixed then mine wouldn't work fixed mine then his wouldn't work. Rude people in lobby working. People leaving only one person at desk and forcing him to do work when they could have helped. No ice machine on my floor. Microwave stand too low. Exposed pipes in microwave room. Elevators rickety and lights flickering in them. The restaraunt workers ignored me when I wanted to be seated. Left and didn't eat. Terrible experience.

Great hotel! The staff was exceptional, kind and knowledgeable, even with being overwhelmed due to an unexpected snow storm! The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable as well. We were very pleased and will stay again next year.

My daughter is starting back at UT so we stayed here for move in again as we stayed last year here. Check in with Angie and she went above and beyond. Rooms were outdated but still comfortable and clean. My experience with the restaurant was complete night and day from breakfast and dinner. Breakfast we had lastachia as our server smiles on her face. Asked where we were from and gave suggestions of local things to do. True southern hospitality. Dinner was a different story. There were 2 bartenders older blonde and younger lady. I sat at bar and both bartenders were huddled with backs turned in conversation oblivious to me sitting. Older bartender is just rude in her demeanor. Apparently from body language and pointing to a receipt someone must not have tipped her and she was complaining about it to the other bartender. In my opinion rightfully so as she has a personality that jumps out and says I'm not approachable. There were several other patrons at bar but both bartenders made little attempts to interact with guest. Some conversations with your guests may get her tipped next time. Hilton has always had exceptional standards. But dinner at the bar is to be skipped if these 2 are working.Overall I would stay again

We had the mountain side view and it was beautiful , staff was so welcoming to our kids and to us! They even went as far as giving us all the locations of where to take our 3 year old for a memorable trip for him outside of all of our other activities we did through out the entire week.

Excellent customer service, I had to add my son to the reservation when he landed at the Knoxville air port and I was still on my way from Nashville to pick him up, they added him and he was able to go up to the room and wait for me,I'm grateful for their assistance in getting him squared away, I will be a patron of theirs in any city i find myself in.thank you again to the Knoxville Hilton

Was a great spot for me and my kids on our vacation. We got ice cream down at the Cruze ice cream place. And she cannot forget my man Abraham was the valet who got the car from the first day, and we seen him almost every day while we were there. He worked hard and made the kids feel like With a valet taking the car. He was very professional, hard-working, and fast.Rooms: Clean and cleaning staff all spoke English no offense and were a delight. Front desk was also good. The girls and the guy also who was running it showed us a lot to do around the area

Had a one night stay over during the Holidays - we arrived on Christmas Day... late - and was pleasantly greeted when we walked in. The person at the desk was very nice and got us checked in right away. The room was clean and nice, a little bit small compared to other contemporary hotels, but we were only staying one night and have had worse. The location was great, close to the freeway, but in a great area of downtown. We did not stay long but were able to walk not to far away for breakfast. Quick a nice little neighborhood.Nearby activities: There is a nice downtown section very close that we really enjoyed.Walkability: Right in the heart of the city and we had no problem getting around on foot.

Normally we'd stay at the Oliver, but they were booked. I read the reviews for this place. Most complaints were about the garage, so I just valet parked. No big deal. Nice clean facility in a great location. Restaurant, bar, Starbucks. Would be willing to stay again.

Upon arrival, Hunter who is a member of the valet team greeted me with a smile and unwavering customer service. The hotel and my room were clean. The staff was friendly and informative.
