Girl at counter very rude and argumentative. There are nice ways to explain things especially when I have spent thousands of dollars with a company.

Sales guy had an attitude from the time we walked in and would not provide options for rentals. I would not suggest going to this location or even hertz. Enterprise has better selection and a lot nicer sales people.

If I could rate lower than a 1 star I would. I made my reservation through a well known company who helps find lower rates. When I got to the Hertz office (which btw was wasn’t very clean) I was blind sided with several fees, don’t take cash etc etc. Needless to say, I did not leave at the time that I had planned . They honored the reservation and the car I chose but did not honor the amount quoted. Also, their fee for insurance is the double the amount quoted also. What’s the purpose of working with a third party if you are not going to honor the prices?
Thank goodness I had funds available to pay for the extra fees and the $200 they charge until you bring the car back and it wasn’t an emergency situation for me to go out of town. Which btw was over $900! For a car rental
I will not use this company ever again! I will stick with the trusty people at Enterprise who don’t try to cheat you with lots of added fees. The people at the store didn’t seem to care.
Hopefully this review will help someone else out.. buyer be aware!

Ordered a minivan for our big annual trip. They gave us a mini-suv. Which had so much less space. For compensation, after a fussy email, they offered me a $50 credit for my next rental. HAHAHA! My next rental??

Absolute worst experience I have ever had at a rental place. Megan, the manager, is the most rude person you've ever come in contact with. My insurance booked a rental for me and they wanted to extend it, well she informs that they will no longer rent to me and that they put my current rental out for repo and charged my card 200 without my permission. Run run run away to any other rental. Just rude.

What can I say about Hertz?!! Not enough. This is the one good thing that came out of what could have been an aweful weekend. When we got there Jessica welcomed us with her beautiful smile and never stopped helping. The manager and her were so gracious they even upgraded us to a better vehicle that saved us. Because of some other horrible things that happened this weekend we had to cut alot of the things we had planned out but having the Jeep helped us make sure we accomplished the one thing I had my heart set on...hiking. Once we returned it we were once again welcomed with her wonderful smile . Apparently, she knew about the surprise proposal my fiancé had planned for me this weekend. It's beautiful when you find a company that hires people that help celebrate the good things in life. Thank you, Jessica, and thank you Hertz...you made this weekend a little more bearable. Hopefully, we will rent again for our HONEYMOON next time.

what a joke! clinton highway location the lady should be fired!! don’t book online bc you won’t get a car! don’t go in expecting a car bc you def won’t get one. this place is a joke and after you don’t get a car they refuse to help you get a refund

They would not rent to us because one of had a driver’s license expired. Even though one of us is not driving the car.Didn’t bother to help at all.

From the moment I walked in I knew it wasn’t going to be pleasant. Not one apology for the system issues just justifications for a flawed system that lets you book a car with a card that doesn’t match the driver! We then sat on the phone for 30 minutes fixing the reservation that had to be completely canceled to then rebook. And then I was presented with a filthy car to drive off the lot with. I don’t recommend at all.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They went above and beyond to deny my reservation I booked online in order to rent for more money to someone else(football weekend) gave them my policy number for insurance and they claimed they need the physical card!?? The card is in my car which isn't sooth me thus the reason I'm renting! I was stranded without a vehicle altering my plans with Mt Young daughter. Again, I had a reservation. Hertz corporate told me it was a private franchise and they are aware of several complaints. Offered me a week free rental in the future which I will never use. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!
