“In summer and fall there are a lot of local vegetables and some fruits too. Winter, pretty much no local options except some greens and canned goods like jams. I appreciate the high standard for food they have. Their freshly ground peanut butter is just awesome and a totally fair reasonable point. Their hot bar food is typically excellent, and the options change daily. There have been some marvelous employees through the years, like Randy and Andreas, but also some who are rude and dismissive, whom I won't name. Overall, Three Rivers is an asset for healthy food options in Knoxville, both for grocery Staples and hot bar meals.”
