Our fiat 500 needed some service when another shop could not figure out what was wrong with it. We decided the best thing to do was to take it to someone that knew fiats. They diagnosed our fiat with a bad a/c compressor. It had just one put on it by someone else, so we decided to take it back to them since it was a warranty issue. It ended up not being the issue, they charged me a pretty high diagnostic fee to miss diagnose the car. I talked to the service manager once, I wanted him to talk to the other shop to see that what they said was not the issue. Service manager will not return calls. We had actually decided to continue to take it here before this, but this was not a good first experience. I will never take our fiat back to them.

Awesome costumer service, no matter what is your problem, they have a solution. I went to an oil change to my wife’s Stelvio and came out with a Giulia for myself, they have a good amount of bank partners that will make it work for you. By the way, no matter what time we call for maintenance schedule , they’re always available to take care of us. Now, I’ll enjoy my car!

I am a huge fan of the local Harper dealerships. In fact I buy all my cars from Harper. I have never had a bad experience at Harper until my last visit to Harper Jaguar. I brought my vehicle on a Thursday for an oil change, never heard anything back all day if my car was ready or if they found anything else. Friday I call over to see what was going on and after 5 phone calls I am told to just keep the loaner car for the weekend since mine is not going to be ready. Still no update to what they have found or what it was going to cost. Monday nothing, Tuesday, after several calls I finally get a call an update to what hold has been. Wednesday nothing finally Thursday the vehicle is ready to pick up only to get there and realize it is not ready and I wait another hour for my car. Only to find out they didn't even fix anything that I asked them to that should have been covered under the Harper Care. I will continue to use all other Harper dealerships except this one. If you buy a car from them that is not a Jaguar, or Fiat they treat you like it. I will not be back; I will pay the $500 deductible to have my car repaired elsewhere and I will be looking for my next vehicle elsewhere as well.

This car dealership is the worst i've ever experienced! My fiancé buys a truck from there it literally breaks down at least 5 times. the dealership keeps on telling us to go somewhere to fix it! WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN

Excellent customer service. Excellent mechanics. Fixed my car when other shops couldn't. Got me in the same day i called. Worked with my Carvana warranty. Only thing is I wish they had a loner car i could've used while my car was in the shop. But that's what happens when you need work done without any notice. My fault. Not theirs. Definitely would recommend.

I grew up in Oak Ridge, lived out of state for many years during which I bought a Fiat in Birmingham (500 Abarth). My sister has loved Harper Infiniti for years and this was my first experience at Harper Maserati. The service team was excellent. Not only did they tell me all my options including doing it myself after communing their vehicle checks efficiently but they clearly went above and beyond in providing excellent service meanwhile keeping the low cost to me a very obvious priority.
