Johnny, Libby, and Andrew are the epidemy of excellent customer service! working with them made me feel like a valued customer, thoughtful and attentive to our needs and didn't try to convince us to purchase something we didn't want! Harb's is very knowledgeable in Pursain rugs & carpets. They have a great selection in every price range, and are very patient while you are trying to decide. I would highly recommend them. We couldn't be happier with our vintage rug.

In shopping for a new area rug for our living room, I visited Harb’s showroom on Broadway. The selection of rugs was amazing. The most impressive part of the visit, however, was the superior customer service of their entire staff. They were knowledgeable, professional, and extremely warm and helpful. Highly recommend!!
