The front staff was awesome. ( Sam) This made the stay even better. We stayed one night and returned three (3) weeks later and only thing that changed was they were even nicer. The rooms, both times were very clean. Great customer service. Highly recommend. Thank you. Jim C.

I stayed here for one night while driving through Knoxville on Jan 25, 2024. It was a great stay overall! My dog and I were both comfortable and the front desk staff were really nice and welcoming. This is one of the nicest Hampton Inn locations that I've stayed in so far. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, it felt like safe area and parking was free and easy. The location was great in relation to Starbucks and the highway. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay here was wonderful! Very clean room and the mattress was amazing!! Nice to have breakfast in the morning with fresh- tasty coffee (room ☕️ was good too)! Great location convenient to interstate and restaurants. Wished I had taken a picture of how beautifully it was decorated for Christmas!!!

Wow.. My apt complex needed to house all of us in a certain building for a week and when they told us about it I wasn't happy till I found out it was this Hampton Inn. I enjoyed everything from the free breakfast to the Desk Service . It was like a staycation but in a hotel First Class all the Way ..

I met an Army soldier home on leave that used to work here and was so nice and respectful and spoke very highly of this place!! His name was Calvin, thanks Calvin! And thanks for ur service sir!

Good service and acceptable room. Neither treadmill in the gym was usable, one being off balance/wobly and the other wouldn't turn on. The hotel is showing its age but clean. Over all, good experience.

The service was great here. Sam helped us at the front desk when checking in and Lexi checked us out. Both were very pleasant. The rooms definitely give off a vibe of a house flip, but on a hotel level. Slapped some new wallpaper on it and threw in some updated sinks. Otherwise, it's dated and still shows some water damage. The bed has this weird bracket sticking out that I slammed my shin into a couple of times.All in all, not a bad stay and the service carried the whole experience. I might shop around next time passing through.

I loved our stay here-- the key is to ask for renovated roomsBreakfast was great and everyone was very nice!We didn't use the pool though ; it was a quick stay but the location is awesome - right off the highway and in a safe placeI would def stay again

A place to sleep about it. The entire hotel smells like a Hollister store, looks like it was recently renovated but not very good at all. The shower head dripped all night long, water randomly got cold and then hot. The shower was also, completely backwards, so water went through the crack in the sliding door, also no exhaust fan. There were holes in the curtains in the room, and mold on the ceiling. The TP holder just made us laugh. ?

Nice place to stay. People were friendly. I really enjoyed the outside fire pit, as well. The area around the hotel is nice with many restaurants to choose from, and it is a safe area. Very satisfied with my stay!

Great hotel and rooms. Only down fall is they list EV charging on their website which they have but it isn’t free charging like the other Hilton hotels in the area. It’s with the Blink system and you have to pay separate for it. The website should be updated to paid EV charging.
