BED BUGS in room. Switch rooms which was annoying but better than bringing bed bugs home. Was told to talk to manager in the morning. Manager was not there but rate was adjusted a little but couldn’t do anything until manager came in. Never heard from management and nothing was done any further to compensate. I’m a long time Diamond member and expect better from Hilton.

Very unhappy with this hotel! As much as I had to pay for it I expected a lot better. The sink had lots of hair and some type of funk in it like it hadn’t even been cleaned after the last person. There was some type of crushed food in the carpet…The shampoo and conditioner were out. Several of the towels had some yucky brown spots on them. It was just disappointing for how much you pay for it.

Staff is very accommodating. We were late getting to the hotel with it being 2:30 in the morning, but the desk clerk waited for us to get here before the computers were shut down. Also let us have a 1:00 check out because we didn't get a lot of sleep. Awesome place to stay!!!! Would definitely stay here again.Rooms: Open rooms that feel bigger than they are.

Although this hotel hasn't been updated lately, it is still a great place to stay. The location is right off of the I-75 with lots of amenities close by. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming and very professional. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The shower was hot with lots of pressure. Room size was great for 4 people. The beds were comfortable and warm. Hot breakfast with many options was a nice surprise.

Room was clean and spacious. Wifi was slow, 5mbps. Which is a bit ridiculous now days. The TVs are old and tiny. Well run but needs an update.

Perfect hotel close to highway and RV friendly! We were transiting to Nashville and they allowed us to take up eight parking spots to accommodate us! The front desk folks really are wonderful!

Would highly recommend staying here! Everything was truly a great experience. Very kind staff, wonderful housekeeping, good breakfast selection every morning. The location is beautiful, and close to so much to do, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.Rooms: Rooms were spacious, and very accommodating.Nearby activities: Many restaurants and shopping nearby, and only about 20 mins away from even more shopping and entertainment.

The staff were so nice and helpful! They directed me to some local restaurants and took time to give me directions. The room was nice and comfortable! I will stay here again.

Night manager (Norel?) was amazing- we showed up at 1:30 am after the hotel down the street wouldn’t let us come in with a dog even though we had a reservation. He was welcoming, gave our son a snack and was really kind.
