I ordered an arrangement for the funeral service of my sorority sister. I wanted the arrangement to include the colors and flower of the sorority. The arrangement was more beautiful than I expected. I appreciate the caring employee who listened to what I wanted.

Fantastic business to deal with! Staff ALWAYS goes above and beyond. They are very nice, accommodating, and truly professional.I send flowers 6-8 times a year and the bouquets are always beautiful. I usually call and give them a budget and let them come up with the arrangements, and they have never disappointed. Highly recommend!

I ordered flowers delivered to a funeral on 1/30. I was extremely disappointed. We have used Halls flower shop at work for years so I expected much better. Half of the flowers looked limp and dying. These were for a dear family friend of over 60 years, and I honestly was embarrassed by them.

Had an amazing experience at Halls Flower Shop. The last time I ordered flowers from a random delivery service they were bland and never fully bloomed, it was a bummer... I went into the shop and was greeted and helped in person. I don't know much about flowers, I said my fiancé likes lilies and isn't a fan of roses, and I'd like something vibrant and colorful. They said basically, "we got you!" and took my info. Was delivered on time and the arrangement was GORGEOUS! My fiancé loved them and so did I. Attached photo is 8 days after delivery, and they still look incredible! I will only be coming here for flowers. Thank you to the kind woman behind the counter that helped me out, you nailed exactly what she loves in a bouquet.Edited on 10/28 after my 2nd order with Halls Flower Shop: I wanted to say again how incredible they are!! I had flowers sent while I was out of town and whomever put together the bouquet either guessed correctly or looked at my past order and added lillies (her favorite) to a bouquet I picked that didn't have lillies. When delivered I got a text stating there's chocolate that could melt and they wanted me to know the flowers were there. Super courteous and thoughtful to treat their customers like that. Thank you Halls Flower Shop!

Super cute shop with so much more than flowers. I love going to Halls Flower Shop for gifts and home goods too with a wide variety of locally made items. Plus everyone who works here is super kind and a pleasure to work with! We have used Halls for a number of custom arrangements for flowers (wedding flowers and gifts) and all have been stunning!

my sister-in-law passed away after an illness with cancer, and we decided to use Hall's flower shop to purchase a stand-up spray, from the siblings, including my husband and myself and. The Kerns, and the Esslingers. Imagine our distress upon getting to the graveside and finding that the flowers never made it to the mortuary. I'm Posting this for my sister in law, Melanie Esslinger........On Tuesday I ordered a $290 funeral spray from Halls Florist for my precious sister's funeral. Her funeral was Thursday at 11am. The spray was never delivered. My daughter called at 10:30 and inquired about the the flowers and they had no idea what she was talking about. One of their excuses was "I'm not by a computer so I really can't tell you anything." They said they would look into it and get back with her. At 4:30 we hadn't heard back so I visited the store.After 3 or 4 different excuses, all of which were beyond lame, I told them I wanted a refund. Just a heads up, in case Halls Florist sees this post, I know mistakes happen. I'm sure l'm not the first nor will I be the last customer that this happens to. The proper way for you to have handled this would have been to apologize profusely, offer a refund and humbly ask for the opportunity to re-earn my business. Instead the young lady offered every flippant excuse that she could come up with including putting the blame on another employee. Very insincere and unprofessional.
