I would give all the Staff that worked September 9th, 2024 at around 7pm zero stars for how me and my sister were treated in there. Me and my sister have our first profession career fair at UT. Something that was supposed to be fun and exciting was taken from us by how rude and uncomfortable they made us feel. I will no longer be purchasing from H&M if thats how staff is going to treat anybody who shops there. Looking at reviews Im not surprised about who feels a way about their staff here at H&M.

would give a zero for the racial discrimination I felt in the dressing room from a worker (wavy/curly blonde haired white male worker). He was making faces behind me trying to make his other coworkers laugh. I love shopping here so I was very disappointed and uncomfortable (6:00- 7:00pm 9/10/24).

This particular store has terribly ill mannered staff. I dropped by to return 2 items after spending several hundred dollars. I brought the 2 items back in original bag, never worn with tags attached and original receipt! The girl refused to refund the money without the debit card I used to purchase the items. I said I didn’t understand and asked if she was sure because it’s done at other stores. The girl said, “ This isn’t other stores.” She then slid the bag towards me. I asked to see a manager and she smirked at me.I’m blown away by the arrogance of some of these employees. I could be their grandmother and they have zero respect and the worst attitude. It’s all so sad.The manager approached me with a bad attitude and was not helpful with any of my questions. I finally asked to speak with her boss was and she said, NO, and accused me of being belligerent because I wouldn’t go away after driving an hour to make this return. . I asked her if she was refusing to help me and she said yes. As I was leaving i dictated that if she actually knew the definition of belligerent she would know that I wasn’t belligerent but that I would have my say.I haven’t shopped in H&M in years till now because the quality of clothing has suffered but was told it was still be a good place to buy shorts, t-shirts and tank tops.It’s very said when a business lacks workers and policies that keep customers from spending money with them.

Extremely rude staff. Tuesday 7:40 pm and they were already yelling at the customers to finish with their purchases, and they were VERY insolent making strong “passive” aggressive comments to the customers, like “give me a second, I need to organize the mess of cloths that you left at the corner”. On top of that, despite I got more than $200 dollar in items, they didn’t want to put the ticket into my account of the rewards/fidelity program because “the telephone was off”. And I was leaving the shop at 7:56 pm.

Absolutely awful customer service! Only reminded us 50 times that they were closing in 35 minutes! Felt more like pestering then actual shopping. Also told me I had limited time in the fitting room and could not go with my friend in the back. Do Not Go.
