TERRIBLE customer service in the dressing room area. When I asked the worker to help me get a different size, she told me "I could get it myself." EXTREMELY RUDE!

Update: This store has gone down since it first opened. Customer service is horrible at this location. I asked for help finding my coupon in the app and the associate was so rude. They need a new buyer, the selection and setup is not like other H&M stores. It's very unappealing and unexciting.Very happy they finally have an H&M in Knoxville. I won't have to go all the way to Nashville anymore. Lol Sales associates were nice. Every time I go COBRETTI is always very helpful and so kind. I love when associates treat you like they appreciate your business. Nice selection that H&M is known for!

Tonight I walked into the store 30 mins before it closed. I was greeted with "we close in 30mins". I responded with simply "ok thank you". The same greeter than responded with "I was just letting you know" in the rudest voice. I then quickly found the pants that I was there to buy went straight to the fitting room where I was then told that the fitting rooms were closed. Unbelievable!!! The customer service was terrible and incredibly disappointing from a store that I have bought from for years. I will never go back to this H&M again.

Not thrilled about unisex dressing rooms where boys can just go in while young girls are changing and take pictures in there!

My wife would give this a 5, and for good reason. The store is very big and has a huge selection of women's clothing. The men's section is pretty small. Overall a nice store

Im so disappointed to see these bad reviews talk about the poor customer service. That simply means there is much to be done if the store plans on making money. Customer Service over everything!

Can't order a product online using their own sale and then exchange for a smaller size in store for the exact same product or they will make you pay the full price amount for the product. Had to pay the extra $30 for an even exchange. Called customer care and they said the manager should have been able to price adjust it and now am on the phone as they call the manager in store to discuss this.

The girl at the fitting room needs an attitude check. The attitude and RBF was very uncalled for.

Clearance section is near the rear of the store. I took the time to treasure hunt and was NOT DISAPPOINTED. Better prices than I found in any of the other stores in West Town. ?

If you aren’t going to let people go into dressing rooms to help their family members try on outfits, at the very least you could provide a proper area for them to wait with seating so that the person trying things on can come out and show us.
