This place is fun! It can take a while to go through everything but I found some great stuff (pictured a couple) I have been 2x now and will go again! Fun going with friends.

Good for some. Not for all! Went in a matter of 5 minutes and immediately left. After reading some replies from the owner, I now understand why our experience was the way it was. The clothes bins smell because the clothes are not washed which is not a complete deal breaker. After sifting through some bins, we noticed bugs running across the bottoms of the bins. That was when we decided to leave. Not sure if this is a “true” thrift store, but wow I feel dirty and want a shower now. I dare to say, best case scenario, you get a nice new shirt for $2.99. Worst case scenario, you get bed bugs. Hope this honest review helps. The staff seemed very nice and welcoming!

Great selection, very friendly staff! This thrift store is not like any other ones we have in Knoxville, this place is pretty inclusive which I love :) Price per pound is very reasonable too, so no complaints there!

I have found some really great buys here- a hidden gem that’s so worth visiting! Nothing is sorted so it’s a bit of a hunt, but having a reasonably priced thrift store is so worth the extra effort. Love this place!

Lots of used clothing - $2.99 a pound as of 11/2023. Clothing's not sorted by size or gender, it's all mixed together in waist bins. You have to take your time & check clothing carefully for tears, stains, missing buttons...

Great store. Amazing staff and happy hunting! Cleaner and kept up better than any per lbs store I've ever visited.

I don't leave reviews all too often, but this hidden gem is worth the mention. I heard about this place from a co-worker and we went together this past weekend. I got 3 rompers, 4 nice tops, 1 pair of Lululemon leggings, a pair of Michael Kors jeggings, and a pair of Sperry boots for $22. This spot is a FIND!! So much fun to search for items and the price is unbeatable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is one of the most fun thrifting experiences in Knoxville! Staff is friendly and helpful, owner is wonderful. The store has a much cleaner and more relaxed vibe than your typical bins.

Greater Goods is an awesome place! I can find stuff there and I am not one to like thrift stores.

This is exactly like a goodwill outlet store, but much more calm. Its a very friendly environment and I found TONS of great pieces over the course of a few hrs. Didn't feel as dirty as a goodwill outlet to me.

I’ve been wanting a store like this in the area sooo badly. Finally visited recently and I absolutely loved it! I will definitely be visiting a lot more, and the staff were all super kind! Me and my friends had a great time!

I agree with another reviewer on here, the price is good and the people are friendly. However, the clothing is not washed and I picked up a women’s nasty thong with hair wrapped around it. Disgusting, wash your clothing!!!!!!!!!

I love thrifting! And I’m so happy we have a bins-esque store now here in Knoxville! I’ve picked up some decently priced and genuinely nice items from this location, as well as received some very kind customer service from workers. Only one star missing because they do not have fitting rooms. I know this is typical for bins stores, but I’m hoping they will make a change and be the exception. Me and my friend went here and we are both plus sized and really struggled to find things that would fit us and resorted to guesswork. We have our measurements but womens sizing is NOT consistent, so it’s impossible to tell if something truly fits without trying it on. I even took multiple items back home that I had to turn around and redonate. :( Including a fitting room at the location would make this a five star store for me.

As someone used to the goodwill outlets. This place is pretty much the same. The employees are great and willing to help anyway they can. I've been to the original location in Etowah a few times and imo this location is just nicer and ran better.

I have visited twice since opening and have found some great items. It’s a lot of fun digging through the bins like a treasure hunt.
