You would think at a donation center they would help you bring things inside or something but no! You have to wrestle everything across the parking lot and inside the store yourself! I accidentally smashed a whole box of glass right behind my tires because I had to handle 20+ huge boxes all by myself. I might as well have just chucked it in the trash, they don't seem to care about receiving intact donations

Google states they are open 1p-5pm. Several other Goodwills confirmed all Goodwills are open Sunday 1-5. Went to this location, drove 30 mins, door hours also say Sunday 1-5. They never opened. A sweet employee from Food City came out and stated, “they are never open”.

Sometimes I find really cool stuff. Would be a much higher review, however on a few occasions I’ve had the “assistant manager” give me higher prices at the register. For example today something had two prices marked on the same item. He stated he had to take the higher price even though it was the stores error. I told him I’m there all the time and that’s not a good business practice to keep customers. He was very robotic and just said he couldn’t change the price. I pointed out they had clearly already changed it once because it had two tags. Logic and reason were not accepted. Poor customer service.

Very clean, smaller goodwill store. Customer service is great. Because of the smaller location, there is not as much variety as other locations. Merchandise is overall good quality if you know what to look for.

Hardin valley Store is really clean and has good variety! The clothes, shoes and bags/purses are nicely organized only things I’d change is hang pics that are for sale so they can be seen and toy section quite messy. Customer service is great they not only have the sign by door saying color of the day but also greet and tell you

Find some nice things here. Staff is very kind and approachable, always greeted with the discount color for that week upon entering. Prices are good. However men's section is very meh, almost never any jackets/shoes, but that's not their fault. Book selection is small but usually nice.
