I took my kids, aged 1 and 3, along with my husband to Goodwill. While we were at the store, an employee named Linda approached my husband and warned him that if he couldn't quiet down our 1-year-old daughter, she would ask us to leave. Our daughter wasn't crying or throwing a fit; she was just being vocal. Linda then pointed my husband towards the exit, shook her head, and mumbled under her breath. I had never been asked to leave anywhere before, especially not at a Goodwill store where I expected my family to be accepted. Consequently, I won't be shopping at this Goodwill anymore.

I won a globe on the shop goodwill auction site and didnt realize i needed to set up an appt to pick it up. I explained to the gentleman in charge and he was so very nice about it. He retrieved the globe and i was on my way in less than 5 minutes. Exceptional customer service is rare these days and that is what i recieved from him. Thank you so much for your understanding sir, you are an asset to the goodwill for sure.

I love shopping at Goodwill. You never know what you will find. Everyone at this Goodwill is helpful and pleasant. They have not raised prices as much as other thrift stores in Knoxville.

Linda, an employee, is unbearable. She's loud and toxic to those around her and overshares personal information that no one wants to hear. I've "experienced" her a few times. Unpleasant every time. Shelby, an employee, needs to dress appropriately for work and cover her runaway cleavage. Todays shopping experience was a big thumbs down. Goodwill please hire some decent folk. Thanks.
