Went to this location on 8-20-20 and made a purchase for 24.29, I wanted to pay cash but only had 100 dollar bill on me and they didn’t have the change so they ran my debit card by accident for the change on that 100 which was 74.71, I got the manager Nicole involved and and she immediately gave me a refund for that amount and all was clear, then on 9-13-20 they withdrew that same amount again from my account 74.71 Without me even coming to their store or making any purchases, so I called the Knoxville main branch and spoke with David white who was nothing but hateful and said the situation seems “odd “and that I know how these credit card companies are and that the money was in “credit card land”. They have refused to refund me and have been very unprofessional in this matter, police report to follow! Also I would not recommend anyone shopping with goodwill, I assume they scam many people just like me.

I needed a small frying pan with a top, and they were upwards of $15, every where I looked. So I tried Goodwill, and they had a great selection of pans, which lookes like new. I got what I wanted, and I only paid $4 total. If you like knickknacks, they have a good, inexpensive collection.
